The inside was super clean and the setup is straightforward so it's not hard to navigate. The young lady at the counter was super friendly and able to answer the few confirmation questions we had. After getting our number and taking a seat, I was able to observe the process. The clerks were spot on with their efficiency as well as you could tell that the structure that was implemented was done with the customer in mind. Once at the window, the questions were asked, paperwork was provided, and we were on our way. I'm talking swift processing time, good service, and a customer focused experience as a whole. Once you're there you meet with the reception who basically asks why you're here and helps point you in the right direction. From there, you'll eventually get a number and it's a waiting game. Fortunately for me, the wait was not long. I had all of my paperwork and truthfully, the associate was so nice! I was in and out maybe within 30 minutes and I had my new temporary license while I waited for my actual license to mail. It couldn't have been easier.

I was a little hesitant to do the process because of all of the negative reviews I read but it…read morewasn't as bad as we thought it would be, just inconsistent. From the get-go there wasn't many people waiting but we had to go thru a first line to get our ticket and forms to fill out; the lady working at this counter was very dry and a little harsh but treat her with kindness and she'll get over that. We started filling out our forms and not ten minutes later I was called up and a minute later my husband was called up. The inconsistency comes with their service, my husband had to do an eye exam and I didn't (don't know why because we were both doing the license exchange) and what took me no more than ten minutes took him fifteen, which it's still not horrible but it's inconsistent. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. We were in and out in 20 minutes.
