Went into this store and no one was in there. Went straight to the counter to do an Amazon return and was told to use the kiosk. I told them I didn't want to and was told that she would do it for me. Then proceeded to tell me how to do it. So she was not doing it. She was telling me how to do it. When I said I don't want to do this. She said my manager paid $1500 for this machine and wants us to show people so you don't have to wait in line when the holidays come. First of all. I don't mind waiting. If I wanted to work there I would have applied for a job. Second of all I didn't make the purchase for the machine so I really am not concerned about how much was paid. That is his problem. He should have researched if people would use it not force people to use it because he bought it. read more

I've gotten several items printed at various UPS and FedEx locations; this is the first location charging a "computer fee" for their own employee's use of their internal computers and printer. Disappointed with the customer service experience/interaction with the owner from excessive wait time to implementation of new, novel fees for a few sheets of paper. No issues with the pricing structure if that's how this location operates, but it would be helpful to disclose or post pricing upfront. Generally, I have no problems with the store until today when I'm met the owner he was very rude and disrespectful, and even started waiting on customers around me instead of helping me. I was doing an Amazon return which I packaged in a box and taped shut, and he would not Box even though it was the original box, the package was sent in said I had to call the company because I didn't have the huge shipping box in which everything I ordered was shipped in which I have never had return anything usually they don't require a box at all. Do not return Amazon packages at this UPS location!! The new owners are extremely rude and they no longer scan your return bar code like they used too. I paid $10.11to return a package. I have gone to this store for 2 years and have never had h to pay to return the item. I called Amazon and was refunded my money because they stated all I should've been required to do was provide the return label whether either was on my phone or printed out. I've always preferred UPS or FedEx over USPS, until now. I paid over $400 dollars to ship some china from Ga to Oregon with insurance to cover damages. Of course 1/2 the box was broken despite bubble wrap/ peanuts etc. when approached this locate for claim process, I just received the run around. After multiple attempted to connect with the owner, I was told "he doesn't come in everyday. I will leave him a message." Needless to say, no one ever responded. This owner/ location is irresponsible, untrustworthy and terrible customer services. I'd rather drive my stuff across county than ever trust this UPS location. Go to FedEx. read more

The owner of this store is a Mr Ramana Gudapati. He has consistently been ill mannered, unprofessional, abrupt, and downright rude. He insists that the patron put their Amazon returns in the little clear baggies regardless if they're hands are full with other things, or even if they are holding their young children. If you dally for even one second in pulling up your Amazon codes, he will have you step aside and take the next person in line. I have seen two separate customers leave the store upset with this mistreatment. I myself have been close to tears and feel as sense of dread of every time I go in. read more

Do not use this UPS store to send faxes. I had a 3 page fax. The girl set aside my cover sheet to enter the phone number, then didn't send the cover page. Only 2 pages of my fax were sent. The woman running the store charged me $3.50 to fax 2 pages because she said the 1-800 TOLL FREE number was LONG DISTANCE. I pointed out that an 800 number does not charge, and she insisted it was long distance and charged me for that anyway. I will not ever ever send a fax from this location ever again. read more

If I could rate no stars I would. Had a large box for an amazon return. Amazon sent the return label and said that this UPS store was the closest to my home. I get the large box into the store from my car and discover that they charge to print the label that is a UPS LABEL. Fine 25 cents for the label and 2.00 for the less than 10 seconds of computer time. I would have just took it over to the distribution center and they print it for free but they are only open specific hours. Asked to speak to the manager about it since it's a UPS store and it's a UPS LABEL. Manager said he didn't care and that is what it was going to cost me to send it back. Manager was an ass hole sooooo... here I am now. If my daughter was not with me I would have loaded the box back into my car and taken it some place else... paid the 2.25 and I'm now giving the rest of he world a warning. read more

This is my first choice in Griffin for copying services. Equipment is well-maintained with lots of options. If I have a question, the staff is knowledgeable and available to help. I wish I could give no stars. There was one person at the store at 9:30 in the morning and she was obviously overwhelmed. There was a huge line of people waiting. I felt bad for her because this is not her fault, it is the owner or manager. When I asked her to honor a coupon I found on the internet that was supposed to save me $10 on shredding, 40 lbs of paper, it became a huge deal. She said she had other people ask and her boss had not honored the coupon even though it had the store name and number on it and I got it that day on the internet. She called her boss and he said he would not honor it. I drove thirty miles to that store to be able to use that coupon. That is poor service, false advertising and just plain unfair. The reviews that gave multiple stars sounded as if they worked there or relatives of employees or the owner. The review about employees being rude condescending and treating even other employees in particular trainees as if they were uneducated is very true. As the only place in Griffin Georgia to return Amazon items, I have been in the store many many times . I was very surprised at the two dollar computer charge to print out a UPS shipping label was only took two seconds. And if my package wasn't prepared just right clear packing tape suddenly became insultingly expensive. to this particular UPS store Amazon free return shipping is not free at all. Worst service ever...... called to be sure they could handle boxing and moving an item. On phone told yes. Get there and they are not sure. After 5 min and two workers I was told ok. Took my +100 and told it would ship that day and deliver 5-8 days. It is now 11 days. Still not delivered. Did not even leave facility in Griffin for 3 days. Then was 10 min from delivery location, but not delivered sent to another state.... Why.... when I shipped I asked for $500 ins. Was told max they could do was $100. The whole time I was talking to worker she was coughing, no mask and kept saying it was her allergies.... Note I have not been out of my home since March.... well 6 days later I am sick. I go to the doctor and I have Covid.... I am 100% sure it was the worker. I called there and sure enough that worker is at home, with Covid.... I will never, never, never use ups or this facility again. Worst, worst service ever. Not even sure I will ever get my package delivered at this point. I live n griffin & visit This location often, I've had MULTIPLE bad experiences with one of the workers by the name of Mabes. Not only has she been overly rude to my me on multiple occasions, she is also very unprofessional to the other workers. Today while visiting the store I encountered Mabes training a new employee, Mabes was very rude, snappy, & treated the employee like he was uneducated & was very condescending towards him. Dropped off a package there and the service was awful! The cashier (Faith) had an awful attitude because I came in 15 mins before they closed.
