I wanted to scan my packages which I do daily at my own post office and they would not allow me and the supervisor said go back where you come from then. The rudest customer service I EVER experienced. I went to the main office and they allowed me to scan my own package and they indicated they need updated training and better customer service.

That alone makes it a bit unique, but USPS went to this model several years ago I believe. They are usually the lowest cost to ship with. I'm thankful for that. Selling on EBay is work actually. The folks at this post office, and others have been quite helpful. Sometimes standing in line is the cost of doing business. On a plus note the employees here are friendly, and have a sense of humor. If close by I go to this one. All packages have shipped with no problems. That consistency is appreciated.

The usual staff had been great. But yesterday, I encountered an individual I had never dealt with…read morebefore. Right off the bat, she showed rudeness. I get to the counter and tried to show the tracking information on my phone for a package that was delivered. She refused to look at my phone, like a vampire refusing to get close to garlic. She demanded that I write down the tracking number "as big as possible" so that she can see it. But thankfully, before I started writing, she found my package. But I couldn't let her get away with her rudeness, so we got into it. She tried to use her position to justify her bad behavior, saying "I'm the post master here." So I said, "That's great. We all have jobs. You're doing your job now." My point was for her to do her job and do it well without the attitude that I/we owe her something.
