As soon as one clerk arrived and it was my turn to be served, the young lady serving me (CLERK 37) was very disengaged, did not display any semblance of a positive attitude at all and did not ask many of the standard questions that are asked at my other USPS visits such as requesting confirmations of the destination addresses or asking my contact information where I would like the notifications. Most of the transaction, she was just clicking Next, Next, Next on her keyboard without asking me practically any of the required questions. She was completely just going through the motions. I am paying for a service for which I felt very uncomfortable with no assurances that my packages are even being sent to the correct addresses. Someone please coach Clerk #37!

Worst post office I've ever seen. Online my order said "delivered" at 10am. Almost 6 hours later…read moreit's nowhere to be found. I call the building and submit a trouble ticket. Basically was told to keep on waiting. They also said their delivery drivers mess up a lot and mark it as delivered before it's delivered (sometimes days in advance.) If this problem is so common, how about some better training? This is hands down the WORST postal office I've ever used. They don't even tell me where my package is...just "Wait another business day." Absolutely ridiculous. *Update* I ordered a second package. The site said "Delivered at or in mailbox. But 7 hours later it's not at, in around or anywhere near my mailbox. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. After a formal investigation of the first package we found it a day later. They scanned it a day early. But two in a row??? They need better training. This place is an embarrassment. My package is lost yet again.

Once I was asked what was inside of my greeting card from a nosey perspective, and when I didn't tell her she refused to send it as a card and insisted it was a package. Only for that "package" to arrive to the intended address 4 weeks later. Another time they claimed my card didn't bend enough and therefore couldn't be mailed regularly. As someone who has mailed things for years at many post offices across the country I must say this location has fostered my worst experiences. Literally how are the rules different every other month... for greeting cards. I can't imagine what would occur if I was sending actual packages!

This turned out to be a waste, due to UPS' horrible phone policy and terrible customer service reps. Weather is one thing, but alter your service or hours on google so customers know what to expect. I have a time sensitive package to pick up, now late by more than a week because of weather, and called earlier in the day to ask about hours regarding the bad weather. The phone number listed is a 703 area code, but forwards to a general Customer service line. The customer service rep was snappy about me "calling the wrong number" and wouldn't forward me to the store. I left work early to rush over before the listed hours of 7pm and got to the store at 6:55pm to a sign that says "closed for weather, sorry for the inconvenience." Well this wasn't just ONE inconvenience, but THREE, all because of lazy service. After I collect my package, I will be switching all my personal deliveries to the post office, where at a minimum, I know I'll receive my packages appropriately. Lazy service makes me sick and I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Then again bring your popcorn. Best bet is go early afternoon on a weekday if you can. The employees do everything to keep the line moving. As mentioned go then, because at peak periods you'll be here for awhile. Their prices are lower than Fed Ex, UPS, etc. I do like the ability to send mail with a signature required. Sometimes this is necessary. Get your stamps here as well.

I've had multiple negative experiences at this USPS location, and the biggest issue is the staff's…read moreunprofessional behavior. During a previous visit, I witnessed an employee become visibly frustrated and yell at a Hispanic customer who was simply asking for help. The employee repeatedly emphasized that she "doesn't speak Spanish" in a very aggressive and unnecessary manner, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate to witness. When I returned on a later date, I encountered the same employee and was met with a rude attitude for no apparent reason. I was polite and respectful, yet still received dismissive and unfriendly treatment. What made the experience even worse is that multiple employees openly mocked and made fun of customers together, in front of others waiting in line. This is extremely unprofessional, especially for a government service meant to serve the public respectfully. Customer service here feels hostile and unwelcoming. I hope management addresses these issues, as no customer should feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or embarrassed simply for asking for help.

The roads have been clear for over a week now, and I have had multiple deliveries since from all the other majors- USPS, FedEx, WalMart, and Amazon.
