Therefore I had to stop payment on 5 checks and submit Fraud Claim against the checks that never made it. Thank God that my bank are very alert they called me to let me know that the information and request has been circulated throughout and my account alert has been activate. This is the largest amount of checks missing that was mailed inside this branch. One was done a year ago that I had to post a stop payment for. Very sad to say that the staff is as unconcerned about any complaint that you bring to their attentio. NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT THIS BRANCH!!!!

I've said it in other post office reviews, but I rarely step in there to drop off boxes or other mail -- and at this point I didn't need steps... so 98% of my visits were PO Box checks for the fam. I can count the times that I saw actual crowds, which were usually around holidays or on weekend afternoons. And I appreciate, though the interactions were minimal, that the staff in there were always kind. A lot of people that plan to be in and out tend to park right outside the door... but do it at your own risk, and it's technically not supposed to be a parking space! I saw many get ticketed in the past. And the parking spaces aren't far at all. I will say that since that LA Fitness opened up years ago that the lot is way busier, so you may have to park far haha.

He described himself as the OWNER of this franchise location when I questioned his ability to follow instructions.
