Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. There isn't self-faxing & printing, yet you can email your documents for them to print out for you. For shipping, bring your own packing tape or you'll be charged a user fee...better than having to buy tape as you do at USPS. You can drop off packages for UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS & Amazon - for the latter, they do not have the Return Code Scanner. There's a mini workstation, pay as you use. Come to find out, it's a small privately-owned (?) mail courier service store, and advertises as an authorized shipper for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS. The place is relatively small but neat, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. However, finding the exact location was a bit of a hassle, but I did find it after using another gps system, and saw that it's located at the back corner of Forestville Plaza. There's plenty of free parking, and it does not seem like a busy location-but I could be wrong.
