He then told me he could not assist because he had 40 projects to complete and several coworkers had called out. I understand that staffing shortages happen, but customers should still be able to receive basic assistance. I left disappointed that I was unable to get help with a simple copy request. Staples needs to do a better job of ensuring adequate staffing and customer service, especially during busy times.

They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state.
