There was no 1 else inside the post office at this time so they were not busy. after asking her twice to mail a package return receipt insured she argued with me and told me there was no way I could send this package and get a return receipt and was quite unprofessional about it. After asking her the third time to do what I had asked originally she finely mailed the package the way I had asked. The other woman that was standing there with blonde hair was also quite rude when I asked to help me find a box that would accommodate my package she told me I have no idea look for yourself. This type of customer service is unacceptable in our government offices in especially during the holidays. As I said earlier there was not 1 single person in line or inside the store at that time there simply no excuse for this behavior I will never use the aurora post office again.

I work 12 hour shifts and will not have time to meet them during business hours for the next two weeks. He took it, and forcefully slammed it into his cart mumbling under his breath as he walked away. Be upset sure, I also get held over at work past the end of my shift and I understand how frustrating it can be to be asked to do more. But to neglect my package and or try to damage it is grossly inappropriate. Do better.

I was struggling with finding the best box sizes for my packages and was not expecting the amazing help I received after entering this USPS. An employee named Ryan saw me struggling with figuring out which boxes would be most appropriate and showed me a way in which to combined 2 boxes to get the best fit for the cheapest cost for shipping charges. He was very generous with his time, advice, and assistance and even offered up some of his tools and some old boxes he found in the back to help me with the process. After getting the boxes to the most appropriate sizes, I was assisted well at the register as well with great help and quick service. My experience at this USPS was amazing that day and the staff were great at what they do!
