    Terrible customer service-absurd bills with trumped up charges. Rude -told me untruths. Never again

I would not go here. Ever. I also urge others to file a complaint if they have had this experience. Laws need to be made to protect consumers.. "We use your information to deliver your service and customize your experience. But we also share information in ways that may be considered a "sale" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the Nevada Privacy Law."- ATT I would like to add, I travel frequently all over the US and when I make a purchase anywhere else if they ask to scan my ID (everywhere else is polite enough to ask first) I request they do not scan my ID but verify my account with passcode or other means such as passport, credit cards, employee ID they are all agreeable and accommodating.Some do not realize there is more intent of scanning ID than verifying identity. I also have been a regular in my hometown store for 15+ years. These duplicitous donkeys should be avoided.

What happened here wasn't a simple mix-up --…read moreit was the kind of rep-driven upgrade mess you see when someone forces promotions and plan changes the system should never have approved. He told my wife she had loyalty credits and a special promotion for a free Galaxy phone and Galaxy watch with no plan changes, no increase to our bill, and no out-of-pocket cost except a small watch-line fee. He said the bill credits would keep everything even, so she agreed to add the watch line. She never signed a single authorization. She never provided her password. She never saw or signed an EIP agreement, contract, or consent screen. All she did was swipe to verify the account at check-in. After that, they kept her phone for almost an hour while they "processed" everything. She paid for the watch line and left without being shown a single document. Three days later I checked the account and it was a complete mess. Our bill didn't creep up -- it doubled

    I went in with my galaxy 23, I thought my camera was broken. I was told I had to get a new phone…read morebecause mine was not fixable. So I went ahead and got a new phone. I was told it would take an hour to transfer my info to the new phone. When I came back to pick it up they never finished downloading my info. And then told me how to do it myself at home. Walking out the bald guy said to remember that the young red headed girl was the one that helped me. Well later that night my teenage daughter pointed out that my camera was fine, only my camera protector was broken (I got the phone 3 years ago, I forgot about that dang camera protector). The people working at Ukiah TMobilr are dishonest. They should have told me. If the girl was inept they could have explained it to me. I probably would have kept the phone anyway and I realize I was wrong thinking it was broken. But shouldn't they have been able to show me my error. They literally let me leave without letting me know I was mistaken. They let me go and didnt say a word except that I should remember it was all the red headed girls fault. Buyer beware, its bad business with them. I will be making a formal complaint with corporate.

    This review is about Xfinity in general not the Ukiah office. I do not care how fast a internet…read moreservice is if it doesn't have good customer service. At Xfinity (the main number) No body knows what they are doing there! I just needed to print a label to return an item. I can't print the dang return label. I called the returns department and they tell me to call customer service cause they can send you a box and a label. I seriously questioned this as I have never had them offer me a box and a label. I was correct, no box and label. I was transferred around and around. I was finally told that I could I could use a label I had previously used. Honestly I doubt it but at this point, I give up. If they are to unknowledgeable about how to do their job I do not know how to fix that. I will try and use this label and if it doesn't work I quit! I do not have hours and hours to spend on the phone. I have only ever had one employee there go way above and beyond to help me out. That was back in January. Ernesto, was so helpful and actually got me the label I am reusing. Other than him every single time I have called Xfinity it is a zoo.

I'm in graduate school and require to be online several times weekly or FAIL! I walked into the office on a Tues at 2pm, 4 people in front of me and I waited for Theresa to call me up. She was kind, helpful and accurate. Theresa knows her stuff and she treats each customer like they are the only person in the room. She was amazing! When it was my turn, she had me signed up, my order complete and a tech scheduled for less than a week out. Home install was just as satisfying. Ash was fast, clean, educating and respectful. He made sure all devices were connected and gave me tips to help me in the future. Thank you Ash! The best part? Service is wildly fast and less expensive than the undeserving company that ghosted me.
