This is for the store at Kits corner. I'd been there a few times, and all was fine. I went today, talked to the guy for a bit, needed a disposable for sleep. They didn't have the one I was used to getting, which was all indica. The guy "helping" me was aware of this. So, I picked another that was the same color as the one I'm used to getting, not really thinking much about the sativa/indica thing. I no more than got out of the parking lot, and noticed it said sativa on it, so I turned around and went back in, it was less than a minute. Then, who I think was the manager, explained that since I left the store, it couldn't be returned. I mentioned that they sold me the wrong product, and that I needed indica and that they were aware of this, and he was there the entire time listening to me talk about how I needed something to sleep. Then, he gets lippy with me, asking if I didn't understand him. I said I fully understand your policy, but that he needs to understand business ethics. If I worked there, and had screwed up, I'd have taken the hit, and still taken care of the customer, no matter what. Me, nor my wife, nor anyone that I know will ever go to this store again. We live in a small country town. Learn to do the right thing and take care of your customers, or you won't be around long! read more

Yo this place is awesome! Not only does it have all sorts of goodiez to make you all the happy, but the people are super awesome, too, and they know a good amount of hoo-ha about all the he-ho. You'll be in good hands, baby, so don't you worry! It's nice, because it's literally right next to my house! I, once upon a time, could just slip on my slip-ons and strut my butt on down to the store to buy herb galore! Those were better times, but now I don't do any walking anymore. These boots were made for walking, but that's not what they'll be doing here any time soon. Check back in with me in a few years, and hopefully things will improve a bunch! Don't waste your time. The online ordering doesn't work. When you go into the store, they don't have what they say they have online. Staff is nice but not helpful at all. They have no idea about their stock and don't care to look online to see what you are talking about. They just tell you that you are wrong about what you saw online, although I looked again when I got home and it was the same as I saw before I went in. Total waste of time and the prices are about 30% higher than anywhere else. Go literally anywhere else!! read more

I have been a Kure customer since they opened. It is a convenient stop at Lake Mendocino. I have purchased ozs, singles, and concentrates. Two days ago, I went to Kure on State Street, in the late afternoon. The faux-hippy clerk showed me the only two 510 batteries that they had: a Papa Herb brand, and some other brand. I bought the Papa Herb. I charged it fully. I then had a really nice day with it. I put it back on charge. The next day, I used my alternate battery. Today, I went back to the Papa Herb battery. No output. Plugged it back in to charge. The battery blinked 3 times, and then 19 times. The charger stayed green. No output. Took the battery back to Kure on State Street. They said that they don't replace batteries, unless you are a member. I did not know that I had to be a member, in order to receive the barest of considerations, over a $16.95 battery, after having spent who knows how much in Kure stores. I called Kure on Lake Mendocino, and the woman was outright combative. Yeah, I have spent my last at Kure. There are too many clubs around these days to have to deal with clubs that find ways to not serve you. It's a dead battery. Replace it. Don't be a richard about it. It's not rocket science. It is customer service. Avoid. read more

This is for the new store in Willits. We decided to check it out this morning and both of us were quite pleased. First, very friendly and helpful staff. They are also professional - so be prepared to show your I.D. to get in to the store. Second - nice variety of Cannibis based products. They had a lot of what I was looking for to choose from. Third - competitive pricing - I paid no more there than I have been paying to a "private party." They even have Vegan products for those interested in that. They just opened up so there is more to come. Also, at this time they are "cash only," so be prepared for that. Being an 'OK Boomer' lover of the herbal since the late 60s, going through all the trials and tribulations to obtain the flower of the gods that only our generation would've experienced, I appreciate Kure Wellness to be a breath of 'fresh flower' air--friendly and down-to-earth, and lacks the antiseptic feel some of the other local dispensaries have. The vendors they have are great, and the staff members we dealt with were somewhat knowledgeable, and eager to sell. The kids did the best as they could with the product they were given to unload. Picked up some Rosin that I was far from happy with, called them and let them know about it, and explained the problem with the product. The very nice manager convinced me, over the phone, to come back in, as she would be there and would give me "what you paid for in store credit", and make it right. Drove the 40min. back, got a few bucks off one product, and taken for a ride on the rest of her promises. Oh yeah, the manager was there, but never came out of the office Not only did she not seem to have a care about the clients, but when inquired about, she was "busy in the of office", joking around with a few people, from what I could see. Will I ever go in again.... Being a Medical Cannabis Card holder and being charged Recreational prices for mediocre (at best) Rosin is such a shame and in my opinion, rather unkind. read more

Don't waste your time. I am a member of just about every dispensary in Nor-Cal. This place is unwelcoming and makes you feel uncomfortable. I have an out of state license because I work out of state. Was told I have to have a CA ID and proof of residency? wtf? Never needed anywhere else in CA. Staff unwilling to explain.
