    I had a cracked screen on my cell phone so I came to this location and got my screen repaired. 4-6…read moreweeks later the screen was completely black when I picked it up. I tried everything I could think of to try to fix it. Even though the screen was black I could still type on it. So I returned to this same location to get it repaired again. I just got my phone back today and it is still not working properly. I got my front screen fixing both times. This time my flash is messing up and holding unusually long. I will not be returning to this Cell Phone Hospital for repairs again.

Fortunately, I had the exceptional service today when, after taking my non-working phone to US Cellular where I purchased it and they offered no help, other than showing me new $800-$900 phones I could purchase, I ended up going to the Cell Phone Hospital in Tulsa Hills where I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and helped me right away. He worked on my phone for well over 20 minutes, found it was the charging port being packed with debris and he cleaned it all out with special cell phone tools. He tested the phone right afterward and it immediately worked. He wouldn't take payment for doing this and said he was just trying to provide the best customer service. I was blown away by this. Needless to say, I highly recommend this business for any of your cell phone repair needs. I will definitely be giving them my return business.

    I came into this store very bereft, as AT&T had just lied to me and treated me extremely…read moreunprofessionally. My first encounter was with Jordan who took the time (even though they were busy) to sit with me and work through my issues. AT&T refused to give me a transfer pin to switch carriers. They insisted that I had no choice but to pay off my old iPhone 14+ (stolen) before they would issue that 6-digit pin number. Not only is this unethical, but it is also illegal and I have reported their bad business practices to the FCC. Jordan assisted me in developing new passwords, deleting old information and bringing over ALL of my contacts and photos. I was very concerned about my personal data not moving over after AT&T tried so hard to prevent me from switching carriers. But after sitting at the store for some time, everything did transfer over! When I came back into the store a little bit later to hand in my old iPhone 8 as a trade-in, Thomas was available to assist me. He also sat down with me and explained that this process should not have been so complicated. He was able to update my plan, double check that I finally had all of my data and even spoke with his manager regarding a credit after AT&T overcharged me ($222). The bottom line is Verizon has already outperformed AT&T in just 24 hours! Their employees are educated on the process, take the time to explain things to the average customer and go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of. I am already happy I decided to switch my cellular service to Verizon, and I am telling everyone who is needing a new carrier to go by and visit with Jordan and Thomas!!

    We were planning on purchasing a phone for a a homeless individual when we visited the store. We…read morewere shocked and taken aback by the clerks, rudeness and violent behavior toward us. We have never done any business with Assist Wireless or visited the store before. The clerk seemed disturbed or maybe high or intoxicated and accused us of committing, some sort of fraud. Our organization assists the needy and homeless, and we were inquiring about this particular individual in order to get his phone activated and purchase him a phone since the clerk was familiar with the homeless individual, but he refused to allow us to help the homeless individual and told us to leave the store. It seems that he had something against us, and we were nothing but polite and professional toward him. We hope that the corporate office would remove this disturbed and inappropriate individual who refused to give us his agent number and is not a safe person to do any type of business with. We have informed the police and corporate headquarters of his false accusations and inappropriate and violent treatment toward us. We do not recommend this business to anyone, as an investigation will be initiated by both police and corporate headquarters.
