One instance that comes time mind is a client of ours who was so frustrated with current services with a large local provider they cancelled services without having a backup plan. We reached out to Logix and they did a special Install for this client in under 7 days to ensure there was service when the other provider disconnected. Logix did not do this because it was an opportunity, the staff fought to get this in place because a local business would have been crippled without it.

My first encounter was with Jordan who took the time (even though they were busy) to sit with me and work through my issues. AT&T refused to give me a transfer pin to switch carriers. They insisted that I had no choice but to pay off my old iPhone 14+ (stolen) before they would issue that 6-digit pin number. Not only is this unethical, but it is also illegal and I have reported their bad business practices to the FCC. Jordan assisted me in developing new passwords, deleting old information and bringing over ALL of my contacts and photos. I was very concerned about my personal data not moving over after AT&T tried so hard to prevent me from switching carriers. But after sitting at the store for some time, everything did transfer over! When I came back into the store a little bit later to hand in my old iPhone 8 as a trade-in, Thomas was available to assist me. He also sat down with me and explained that this process should not have been so complicated. He was able to update my plan, double check that I finally had all of my data and even spoke with his manager regarding a credit after AT&T overcharged me ($222). The bottom line is Verizon has already outperformed AT&T in just 24 hours! Their employees are educated on the process, take the time to explain things to the average customer and go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of. I am already happy I decided to switch my cellular service to Verizon, and I am telling everyone who is needing a new carrier to go by and visit with Jordan and Thomas!!

They recently decided to change their 'so-called' security. When they did , email will not operate on a Linux machine with NordVPN security. There is only one reason, BTC is tracking your internet traffic and will not let NordVPN isolate you from their surveillance. If you value your security and privacy, stay far from BTC.

Unburied cables down connecting roads remain in several nearby neighborhoods to this day. The perceived discount is offset by the amount of time and effort spent reaching out to support and customer service for outage issues and negligible billing credits if they are even reachable. Save yourself the trouble and use a different ISP. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. For the more tech savvy crowd: Port flapping issues for the highest speed available. Several outages caused by inexperienced service technicians chopping 48 strand bundles of fiber in various areas. Static IP I paid for was reallocated without any notification. I'm not sure the equipment provided can keep up with the advertised speeds. Probably an ok service if you don't mind being without internet intermittently. Awful if you rely on it for remote work or business. Best if used for leverage with your current ISP to receive a discount on your current service without switching. Would not recommend.
