It shows that it's on the docks," ?? "Yes, it shows that it's fixed, we will bring it to you Tuesday," "No we can't give you the number of the company who is fixing it." Finally, after a month of going to the laundromat because their loaner didn't work and kept shutting off, I told them I wasn't going to pay for the month. Instead of them crediting the month, they "let me postpone" the payment and added two more to the end of my contract. In fact, any time I ask how much longer I have on my contract, the dates are different, EVERY TIME. They are either the biggest idiots or the the biggest liars. Incidentally, WOMEN, when my husband called, they said that they'd been trying to call me, but I must have blocked them. LOL. What? A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.

We needed more remotes as well as the charger stations and I was able to find everything here. The employee was very helpful and even explained how it all worked. We ended up not using it though because we forgot to buy a controller, I guess the employee assumed we already had one. I was able to return it all without a problem.
