    I want to applaud Service Manager, Debbie, for her commitment to Home Depot's 2 star Yelp rating…read more Imagine if that kind of devotion could be redirected towards trying to increase her store's score. When a Service Manager can't see past the sticker on the paint can, that's a sign that someone shouldn't be in that role to begin with. Evidently, when it comes to paint, Home Depot has a "Buy at your own risk" policy. It breaks down like this. "If you buy paint from us, and we don't mix it right, you can't return it because there's a sticker on the can that says so." That is what actually happened tonight. This woman was going to stick to that that sticker like it was stuck to the can. She acted like I as the one who mixed the paint. I had to get really riled with her in order to get my money back. Here's what went down. I pulled out a paint swatch and realized that it was from Lowe's. The girl behind the counter said it would be okay because they could still match it. I said, "Are you sure?". She said yes so I gave her the green light to mix it up. Well, I got it home and after pouring some in the tray, you could see that it was way off. So I took it back. That was when I had this awesome customer service experience from an old pro like Debbie lol. Ultimately, I got my money back but it wasn't without having to verbally throw down over it and the audacious impunity she displayed over this issues certainly shouldn't be overlooked by anyone above her pay grade. Hey Owasso Home Depot, you want to get better reviews? You need to lose managers like Debbie who can't see past a sticker on a can of paint. Check out my fun fact below and make some changes. You just lost a customer tonight. Fun fact: Lowe's does not have a "Buy at Your Own Risk" paint policy. If you're not happy, they'll take care of you, which they did.

I've been a Home Depot shopper since the doors opened, although I must confess I also shop at that 'other' store. Each has it's own merits, mainly being the products they carry. Some specific brands are unique to HD, and some to that 'other' store. In some cases, I'm looking at a particular brand, so I go where I can get that brand. A lot of time time I find myself at Home Depot because its just a skosh bit closer to home. The staff area always friendly and helpful, answering all the questions I can throw at them. As for inventory, if you can't find it here, you probably don't need it. Overall, I am quite happy parting with my money at Home Depot.

It shut off sometime overnight and never came back on.. Upon taking his advice to give it a little tap I gave it a little tap and it rattled on and started cooling.. Crisis adverted... He showed up on Tuesday and took a look at the unit and sure enough the relay in the unit was toast. He replaced it, cleaned out the rest of the unit and here I am in a comfy 70 degree house enjoying a working AC unit! Asked him other questions to make sure I wouldn't get hosed in the next few years and he answered every question. Great guy, knew a friend of mine (small world), and even better.... The second interaction was disappointing. Below is a paraphrased transcript. Me: Thank you for visiting my mother's house, what was the problem? AB: The entire unit needs to be replaced including the furnace. Me: The entire unit? AB: Yes, the unit is over forty years old and none of the parts are available on the market. Me: The house was built in 1986, so the unit can't be older than 31 years old. AB: Well, it's still ancient. Me: What's not working? AB: The fan unit is shot. Me: But the compressor and rest of the system still functions? Are you sure we can't find another one? AB: Nope, it has to be complete job, over $6,000. No other way. Me: Thanks for letting me know. After another phone call to another repair shop, a $25 transformer was replaced along with two hours of labor fixing the diagnostics that were done previously. That convinced me that should I need future HVAC services, I will go elsewhere.

Called again and was reassured it is on track for 2/3/22. Called again now being told the problem why it was held up was the ordered didn't transfer to shipper. Was told it would be escalated. Called again to get status and talked to manager. Now being advised they will deliver, but not install or remove old appliances. I advised I ordered with the promotion of free installation & removal. Manager stated, quite rudely, they can't help what the delivery company does. I advised to split up the order so I could get the refrigerator. Was told ok. Now I called and they can't do that. So I could get the appliances now but can't return them if the plumber can't install them and at my cost. They will not honor the original agreement nor will they discount the order for the added expense. i have been calling for 2 weeks and now my refrigerator doesn't work and I have lost $500 in food. DO NOT USE WHIRLPOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to know if orientation was canceled because I apparently got on through Key Personnel and was told 5 times that orientation was canceled or either pushed back. All they had to say was no or yes but they couldn't even do that when asked if orientation was canceled. Wasted a month trying to work here.
