I recently visited this store location looking for specific items, including a sofa. Having browsed online ahead of time, I knew what I wanted and the sales process was straightforward. I received the items as scheduled seven days later but the sofa arrived damaged with a puncture on the left side. Their doorstop delivery unfortunately did not include the courtesy of removing the stretch wrap and cardboard from the sofa or trash removal. Because we were left to handle this, it prevented us from inspecting and refusing the sofa before delivery personnel left. I contacted the store, quickly submitted photos to the customer care email address, and a replacement was sent to me three business days later. While the damaged sofa and inconveniences could have been avoided with better quality control and a standard practice to remove packaging before delivery personnel leave, I appreciated that the store was very apologetic and took swift action to resolve the issue.

Prices are high in a lot of the booths here at this mall, but many of these types of businesses are pricing the retro merchandise too high. As with any of them though, if you know your stuff then you can still find a bargain or two. This mall is clean and laid out nicely and in an organized manner. There's more booths with brand new merchandise in them than I think there should be for this type of business but it's a way of booth renters to have a small space and sell their stuff. However, when you see vintage and/or retro in the name, you hope the place is mostly those types of items. Parking available out front.

We notified him that we had decided to not have him do the work , after looking at reviews about his business. We requested our money back. He claimed he had to buy the foam and stuffing and then return the materials. We asked to see the receipt. He could not produce anything to show he had purchased any materials. We badgered him regularly, over several weeks to finally receive $420 back. We continue to attempt to get the rest of our money returned. They were the best priced moving company I found for my move. I moved an entire apartment into a house from Broken Arrow to Collinsville. It cost way less than you move me and 2 men & a truck.
