Cons: I have no issues with William Sonoma until today when I went shopping with a disabled friend who is a wheelchair user. Yes the store is mostly wheelchair accessible. But there's lots of stairs and so we were always looking for the area where the ramps were. We often found ourselves getting trapped in corners and having to reverse out. My friend sits in a very narrow wheelchair so she was able to fit through all the aisles. But I feel like someone in a regular size wheelchair would not be able to.

We ended up with a quartz countertop, which is man made but out of natural materials. It was between that and a granite, but we opted for the more consistent look.
