Pros: The consultant came over to give us a quote. When he realized that he knew a company who could do it for a cheaper price, he recommended the cheaper company to us. The consultant says that Burnett only used the highest grade materials (and that was definitely not what we were looking for). So impressed with this honest company. Beautiful and good quality windows . but if you are a homeowner or general contractor who handles the install of the windows you're screwed and if you try to ask for pricing, they will not even attempt to help you unless they are the ones doing the install. I called and asked for a price on five 24x24 inch double pane transom windows And I was told "we cannot give you a price for that because we do the install " Disappointed in lack of customer adaption . Mill Creek lumber has equivalent quality if not better available with pricing. read more

I probably would have passed this place by if I didn't know they had an open house today and saw the signs on the side of the road. The sign for the building is a little hidden under a bush on the side of the road. They are located in between Taco Bueno and Secure Care Self Storage. The building has ample parking in front and on the side. The inside is clean and nicely air conditioned. There are a lot of models of windows, doors and siding for your house set up in the showroom. The people here are very friendly and had no problems answering all my questions I had. The lady I spoke to said they have been in this particular building for about 3 1/2 years and they are planning on getting a sign out front so it's more visible from the road. That would help a lot. I was also impressed when she told me that they did a lot of charity work. I love places that give back to the community and I have no problem supporting business that do this. I know we will be looking at getting some windows soon and will very likely be coming here to have them done. Come check them out. read more

What started out as an estimate of $5,000 quickly changed to the final cost of more than $9,000. The finished product is nice and the employees who did the work seemed to have experience. The employees were not friendly and on occasion would argue with us. The Vice-President was responsive to my concerns, however I almost cancelled the contract due to the increase in cost. I had no idea where to start when I needed some updating done to my small bathroom, so I just proceeded searching online. Once I scheduled a time for someone from Burnett Home Improvement to come to my home and give me an estimate on what I was asking for, they were very efficient in following up with me as to WHO was coming to my house, and how long they would be here. After the initial visit, Patrick Simms followed up by coming back out to finalize the procedure, (after I had a 2nd estimate done) and gave me an estimate on a date when they could start and complete the work. (and it actually happened a little quicker than the estimated date.) Once the installers arrived, they were very thorough, clean and organized. When we were in need of yet another painting job on our house, we decided to check into siding instead so we contacted several companies. We had siding installed this summer by Burnett. We got 2 estimates before we chose Burnett. The first estimate was by another company, and the presentation seemed to be, start with a very high price and then come down until you get a commitment. Pat was our salesman from Burnett, he was very professional, and didn't play games. His first price was a little better than the other companies final price. I feel like we got a better product, and am very pleased. Louie, our installer was prompt and stayed with our project until he was finished. It only took 4 days to complete, When he left it was complete, we didn't have to call him back to fix anything. All the trash was cleaned up and he took it with him. Many vinyl siding jobs have waves in the finished product. Ours doesn't it looks perfect. read more

I have never been to their physical location. When I have needed window replacement, I call them and a salesman comes out. This last salesman would get off into small talk when I wanted to hurry up and sign the contract and be done. I already trusted this company and didn't need anything other than price and contract. Plus, when he would come in and out from measuring and whatnot, he would ring the doorbell twice and I hate my loud obnoxious doorbell. Back to important things, the company is wonderful, the products great, flawless installation, and they would trip over themselves to fix it if it wasn't. Highly recommended. read more

We were in the market for new windows. Called Burnett and three other companies in the Tulsa area for estimates. All three companies came to our home and completed the estimates within 15-20 minutes. Received all three estimates via email within 24 hours. Then Burnett sent out David Stackable, it took him one hour and forty five minutes to complete the estimate. He was weird and creepy! Both my wife and I were very uncomfortable. Then he proceeded to give us the estimate immediately. I asked him to email it to us he said that is not how they do their business. Come to find out, they were $1300.00 higher than the other THREE competitors. I called to discuss the estimate with Pat (Sales Manager), he was so rude and condescending. Basically I was told how much better they were than their competitors.....blah...blah.....he just wanted to slam the other companies..... Needless to say..didn't go with Burnett. We now have beautiful windows, professionally installed, treated with respect at an affordable price. Grateful we didn't go with Burnett. read more

Burnett did a great job replacing our old patio doors and windows- the guys that worked on installation were polite and considerate, and worked really hard at finishing it nicely- they even matched the unique wood trim that isn't sold in stores anymore by hand finishing the molding on the new trim! When they finished everything was cleaned up nicely and finished with caulking and ready to be painted (they do everything but paint). The doors/windows are amazing quality, and where before you could feel the winter's cold from 4 feet in, now even the inside glass isn't even cold to the touch! We live backed up to Harvard and I also noticed a huge difference in the sound- I had no idea how loud it was in our living room before we got the doors/windows replaced, but now it is quiet and we only barely hear the loud emergency vehicles when they drive past. The rest of the traffic noise isn't even noticeable anymore. This is the second time we used this company to replace windows and our first time to replace doors, and from the first interaction to the current one everything has been professional, high quality, affordable, and easy.
