Well I didn't give the 5 star review upon completion, and I didn't receive the $50 gift card. Glad I didn't. Weed eating the other day, a rock was thrown and broke one of our windows. Don't worry, I told my wife. Bill told us his windows came with a lifetime breakage warrantee, remember? "I don't care if a baseball goes through it, or a lawnmower throws something through it, we will replace it at no cost to you." he said. So I made the call to speak with Bill. He was no longer the friendly man we met when he was selling us the windows. Today was different. Very harshly said, "there is nothing in your contract about any breakage warrantee, and I never said any such thing. Look at your contact if it will make you feel better." he said. So much for that! His word means nothing, he has zero integrity, poor business practices, and I will share the entire experience with everyone I know. Find someone else to do your windows!

I had to hold my finger on the close button until the door completed closing. Ethan and Austin. We're great. They diagnosed the wiring was faulty and fixed that. I needed an external keypad programmed to open and close the garage door externally. They did that. I needed a second remote to open and close the garage door. They did that. The key required the garage door wiring so it returned to normal operation. They did that. Hey advised me that I needed to replace the garage door roller wheels. I'm definitely bringing them back to do that. They advised me to get spray grease cto improve the ha large door operation. And all of this was at a very reasonable price. Will definitely contact them for any and all future garage door guy repairs. This company is First Rate and very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them. 5 stars plus for this company. You won't be disappointed.

I called into Messick roofing and the owner Grant had picked up the phone. I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. The attention, communication, and care during the job was absolutely what you want from a roofing company. I cannot speak highly enough about this business. Paul was also very kind enough to bring over a pound of dear meat that he caught from his last hunting trip which was beyond over the top. We had a phenomenal experience with this company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

No attempt to contain dust blowing in while there was not a window in the opening. The installer had to remove a granite window sill because the window wouldn't fit otherwise. They were just going to haul it off and I had to rescue it. I understand they didn't have the tools or skill to cut it to size, but this was a piece of the slab used for my kitchen cabinets and quite expensive. I will have it cut to size and refit it. They trimmed the exterior of the windows and door with unfinished rough hewn cedar. So now I have white windows with raw wood trim on grey siding. So now I have to go out and paint those to complete the job. Sorry, but in my opinion, this job was not completed properly.

One did however try to use translator on his phone to communicate with me. I do appreciate his efforts. 1) the roofers could have asked the office to contact me on using my umbrella. They didn't. 2) I had two packages delivered and one is missing! They were the only ones in my courtyard and it's gone! I might change my review after talking with their boss. Right now if I could give zero stars. Their manager did come back and agreed to make things right. The package that ended up missing he agreed to reimburse me the $35. In speaking with the manager he informed me that a letter was sent to me. I didn't receive it. Could be the issue of a mail carrier putting it in the wrong mailbox. Mishaps do occur and a good nights sleep calmed my attitude. I've changed my review from 1 star to 5 star because the manager and the workers this morning did everything to make it right.
