We have had our Thermal windows for years with absolutely no major problems. They are excellent on responding to my emails.

Purchased 10 Windows 7 of them leak have Frost all the way around you can feel the cold air coming in through the seams. Customer service States there's moisture in the house and they're denying any responsibility will not stand behind the product it is a inferior poorly made product I would caution anyone doing business with this company. Very disappointed. Don't let these people fool you with all of their fancy talking, they do not care. You can clearly see the windows are not manufactured correctly water leaks from the seam. My old windows didn't have any moisture problems. read more

I came into Thermal Windows as a home I just purchased had windows installed by them 5 years ago and the warranty was still transferable. I came in without an appointment and was directed to a manager who was able to quickly get me in her office and get the process started. Where there was a fee to transfer the warranty over it was well within reason and the business transaction was handled quickly and professionally. In my opinion, there is something to be said about a local business who takes care of there customers and makes good on the services they offer. Where I don't plan on needing to the use the warranty, I feel confident that if I do, they will hold up to their end of the bargain. read more

We did the first part of our house two years ago with Thermal Windows. We just had the rest installed last week early December 2017 and we just absolutely love them. Bo in the sales office was a great help. The install team that came out were very polite and answered any questions that I might have. We've already noticed a sound difference (quieter from outside) from these new windows and the heater doesn't come on as often either. No joke, should of had this done years ago. Great product. Make sure the sales rep. that comes to your property knows how to use a measuring tape. Probably the only thing they have to do on their own is measure your windows / doors right to provide you a quote and it doesn't seem like they are trained on using a tape properly. A month after I signed the agreement, made the 50% downpayment and the install manager came to get final measurements, check for lead paint, etc., I get a call from the sales rep saying that his measurements were 8 inches off and the cost would go up 25%....... Mind you, the size of this threshold is 6/8w and 8/6h... so they were saying 8 inches was going to be an increase of 25% in cost to me for their mistake? Get real. Unless it is a tactic for them to get more money out of you. Get you hooked and vested and then try to squeeze more money out of you with the "this rarely happens" line. Looks like some previous reviews state otherwise. read more

My wife and I had all of the windows in our house replaced by Thermal Windows after the -25F degree winter we had. The original windows in our house allowed the cold to creep into every corner. Since we live close to a very busy street, the noise was very disturbing. We had put windows into another house from another vendor and was less than impressed by their installation. A college kid put those windows in and we had to call them back to reinstall our shutters and complete the installation. This time, two very professional and knowledgeable gentlemen showed up and did the installation the right way. I was so very impressed by their 32 year combined installation experience that I truly believe we have the very best replacement windows possible. Thermal Windows also installed a storm door for me on my back door and this was no easy task as my house moves a lot and has had piers installed twice to stabilize it. When my house was built, we bought our windows from American Windows. It wasn't long before they were cloudy between the panes of glass and would not stay open. Learned the hard way that all windows are not created equal. After 20 years, we finally were able to replace them. We did our homework. We bought Thermal Windows about 2 years ago. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. The installers were professional and made absolutely no mess. They were also installed fast. I have had no trouble with the windows fogging or sweating. It is wonderful to be able to open my windows easily to let fresh air in. The double hung windows are also very easy to clean. Highly recommend this company and their product. read more

Thermal windows came out and sold us the windows we gave them the down payment and they did a quick measurement on all windows. Around 3 months later after calling them they sent out official installer to measure the windows and after a few weeks I called and they informed me they didn't want the job now. A few weeks later I got my down payment back. It was ridiculous that they let us go the whole summer with bad windows and then backed out because it would take them a little longer to install than they thought. If the jobs not easy money for them don't expect them to do it. Make sure the installer looks at out windows before you wait a long time for them to start. I don't doubt they have good windows but there integrity is awful. The should of told us in the beginning instead of just being so consumed with getting a contract signed and getting their down payment. read more
