Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I would like to preface this by saying, I have never had any luck with contractors in my 36 years…read moreof home ownership. I dread calling anyone to make significant repairs of any kind. We've been needing new siding for several years because of a previous contractors ineptness. We contacted 3 different companies over about a 3 year period to bid new siding. Two of the bids were WAY high on estimates, Jeff of All Trades was the 3rd estimate, the estimate was within budget and in the process of the estimate he noticed some issues with the roof and recommended we have a look. Indeed there was some hail damage and he had Ryan Roofing give us and estimate and recommended we contact insurance for coverage. The siding estimate initially was less than 1/2 of the 2 previous estimates and insurance covered the roof less deductible, as well as some of the gutters and screens. We hired them, both Jeff of All Trades and Ryan Roofing and got a complete exterior home make over, new roof, siding, gutters, screens and paint scheme. There were a couple of unforeseen areas of rot and snafus along the way, but, in less than 2 months and a minor increase of $10k in the original estimate ( still about 65% of the other 2 siding only estimates) we have an entirely new exterior and in just a couple of weeks have had numerous compliments on the way our home looks. I would indeed recommend them, and, yes I will call them again if I need repairs.

I had informed him that I was looking for roofing estimates and he was able to set an appointment with me to come out the next day. Grant arrived on time and did a full inspection on the roof. He was able to provide me with an estimate right away and quoted me at $7900 for 2,100 sq ft of roof and that also included the installation of five attic vents. After getting four different estimates, Messick Roofing was by far the most reasonably priced. I had the pleasure of working with Paul Wallace and his crew. Very personable guy and extremely helpful of aiding me in picking out a new roof color. They arrived on time. They finished on time. They cleaned up all their mess. The craftsmanship was very well done. They took very good care of my property during the roofing process. We had vinyl siding on our home that had hail damage and some had even blown off in a wind storm several months ago so I did extensive online research for a Tulsa siding company to replace all of our siding. Tulsa Renew came up right away with outstanding reviews so I set up an appointment with them. Steven, the owner came out and gave me some great ideas! It was like he "just got me" and we signed up with him. Our home is a registered historic house in the Swan Lake district so we needed to go to the Preservation Committee for the City of Tulsa for approval. Steven handled all of these meetings for us as our representative and got us approved in no time. The only material that the Tulsa Preservation Society will let anyone use on historic homes are wood or the James Hardie siding product. We knew we didn't want to go back with wood because of the obvious maintenance so went with the Hardie siding. Steven was able to match the way the house looked originally by using a smooth Hardie plank lap siding with the same width lap it had from the 20's. He even had his guys install a whole new front door and custom shutters they made out of the Hardie trim. Looks amazing and we LOVE the simple, clean look. Hire these guys!!! It was really great experience and I didn't know that a construction company could be quite like this. We had a great time and that was unexpected. I thought this would be a real pain in the butt and that we were getting ready to go through a nightmare but in the end or House would be transformed. Steven and his team were super professional and had great ideas to help us with the design of our home. He totally transformed everything on our house! The price comparison for what I would have to pay for the "best" there is in Tulsa, was what you would expect for the top of the line product, service and communication. We did some research on the company and found that they had good marks with the BBB so we decided to have them do work for us as well. Tulsa Renew rebuilt my very decrepit chimney. The siding had water damage due to not being built correctly in the first place. The guys came out and had the thing rebuilt in less than a day. The painters came the next day and finished it up. It looks far better than the original chimney. They corrected the mistakes and used far superior materials. I wish I could use it as my storm shelter because it's probably the best built part of my home now. I chose Tulsa Renew because of their reputation. They were recommended to me by a friend. First, a 3-person Demo crew would tear down the original siding and do some carpentry to replace any rotted structure. Despite cold temperatures, this crew was tireless, efficient and, importantly, so personable that we looked forward to their arrival each morning. A second 3-person crew would follow to handle new siding installation and painting. Each day we watched closely as work proceeded. This crew, too, was amazing. Each was a craftsman clearly focused on precision fit and finish. Observing the work being done was one thing. But it was the workmanship and the care taken at each step that most impressed us.
