I am disappointed with my experience with Aguilar Brothers Lawn & Landscape. I scheduled a lawn…read morecleanup service, but it was repeatedly canceled with little or no notice. I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

Our house has a huge deck that was built around a gigantic, old silver maple tree. The tree was…read moreroughly 80 to 90 feet tall and it was estimated to be close to 100 years old. The tree was in a sad state and we were fearful that one of the large limbs would break in high winds resulting in a tremendous amount of damage to our house. We consulted with three arborists, and they all agreed the tree should be removed, but only one of them had a crane large enough to do the job and that was Nick's tree service. This was not an inexpensive project. It was just under $11k. But I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality of work that Nick's tree service provided. It took them less than three hours to completely remove this tree. And after they had cut, chipped, swept, and left. You would've never known they were even here, except of course, for the huge hole in our deck where the tree used to be. The entire crew was very professional efficient and got the job done in record time. It was money well spent.

Obviously it's not just me from reading other reviews. I'd call them first, any time. I was coming down the street, going home. The tree they're taking down is huge, so the little street was blocked. One of the workers held up his hand, indicating it would be one minute. It was less! So polite, so professional. It's done. By the time I'm finishing this review, they've finished. The remaining tree trunk and limb are gone. Shoot! I missed it.

We are beyond impressed with the work Rafael's Tree Service did on our newly aquired property in…read moreTulsa. Rafael came out to the property and assessed the trees. We appreciated the way he "educated" us on what was going on with the trees health. We now know what to expect over the next few years. The team trimmed and cleaned up three very mature trees that are easily over 50 years old. Mature trees of this size require expert knowledge, and their very hardworking crew handled them beautifully. Not only did they shape the trees perfectly, but their cleanup was truly immaculate. They didn't leave a single branch or scrap of debris behind--they left our yard looking even cleaner than when they arrived. We recommend them to anyone needing expert tree care.

I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

The people at We B Trees have always been polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They show up for…read moretheir appointments when they say they will, and perform the services without disrupting our lives. Most of the time, the only way we would know they had been is they ring the doorbell and let us know they are starting work. All of our trees that they have serviced have never looked better. We were afraid we were going to loose our ash tree, but after a couple years of feeding and an initial trimming of the tree, it now is full of green healthy leaves, instead of the sickly wrinkled leaves it usually had by August. Their arborist recommended a clean out of our lacebark elm, which we thought looked okay. Since they had never steered us wrong before, we told them to proceed. One day we returned home after a day out, and noticed right away that the elm looked a lot better than it had. We B Trees had come while we were gone, cleaned out the problem branches, and cleaned up their mess and left. The only evidence they had been was the note on the door, and the tree looking much better. I would easily recommend We B Trees to anyone needing tree service. Their service is the best we have had, and their rates are very reasonable.
