When a Service Manager can't see past the sticker on the paint can, that's a sign that someone shouldn't be in that role to begin with. Evidently, when it comes to paint, Home Depot has a "Buy at your own risk" policy. It breaks down like this. "If you buy paint from us, and we don't mix it right, you can't return it because there's a sticker on the can that says so." That is what actually happened tonight. This woman was going to stick to that that sticker like it was stuck to the can. She acted like I as the one who mixed the paint. I had to get really riled with her in order to get my money back. Here's what went down. I pulled out a paint swatch and realized that it was from Lowe's. The girl behind the counter said it would be okay because they could still match it. I said, "Are you sure?". She said yes so I gave her the green light to mix it up. Well, I got it home and after pouring some in the tray, you could see that it was way off. So I took it back. That was when I had this awesome customer service experience from an old pro like Debbie lol. Ultimately, I got my money back but it wasn't without having to verbally throw down over it and the audacious impunity she displayed over this issues certainly shouldn't be overlooked by anyone above her pay grade. Hey Owasso Home Depot, you want to get better reviews? You need to lose managers like Debbie who can't see past a sticker on a can of paint. Check out my fun fact below and make some changes. If you get the guy with the accent, don't even bother request a new tech because that guy doesn't do anything. He doesn't fix shit. more worried about how many customers he can reach then he is on fixing anything. It shows that it's on the docks," ?? "Yes, it shows that it's fixed, we will bring it to you Tuesday," "No we can't give you the number of the company who is fixing it." Finally, after a month of going to the laundromat because their loaner didn't work and kept shutting off, I told them I wasn't going to pay for the month. Instead of them crediting the month, they "let me postpone" the payment and added two more to the end of my contract. In fact, any time I ask how much longer I have on my contract, the dates are different, EVERY TIME. They are either the biggest idiots or the the biggest liars. Incidentally, WOMEN, when my husband called, they said that they'd been trying to call me, but I must have blocked them. LOL. What? If you want to save yourself a ton of hassle and being jerked around, I'd go somewhere else. Will is a good communicator and has an amazing array of skills which emanate from his Education and Experience. Preface: I live in a 47yr old home that is almost entirely original. When it comes to trades, I'm also a helicopter homeowner and generally a bit of a micromanager. Will replaced 3 light fixtures, a ceiling fan, a venthood, restored function-electricity to 2 outlets & one hardwired site, replaced front storm door, and added handle to said storm door. He answered all my questions, addressed all my concerns and made recommendations, ex: Response - wrapping because wires are brittle, need consider new wiring. No dilly dallying with Will. He stays on task and focused. I gave Will a very detailed list of tasks-items and he gave me a time estimate for completing them with the caveat that nothing unusual came up. That timeline was dead on. He is structured in his pricing-estimates. His pricing was very reasonable. I will most certainly use Will's skills (had to say it) repeatedly for this original 47yr old house.

My outside A/C unit outside stop working they came out and change the capacitor like 15 minutes and…read moredone charge $395.83 then my Saturday my my outside a/c stop working again change it out in like 15 minutes and it started working again but the technician never turn off all the breaker to a/c and furnace so my nest thermostat didn't rest so it was trying to run my a/c and heater at the same so the came back out to check it and the technician said I had a bad thermostat and was suggesting I get a new thermostat and disconnected my my heat thermostat wire so it wouldn't kick on while my a/c was running when all was needed is my thermostat rest so I hooked up the heater thermostat wire to make sure and it is working fine!
