I don't know, maybe I just look lost! Ha! The store is always well stocked, and has a wide range of products, from typical hardware to bird feeders, bird seed, paint, BBQ seasonings and implements, grills, smokers, lawn equipment, chimaneas, specialized wood chunks like mesquite, pinion, hickory, live plants. It's really pretty fun to see what all they have! Ace gives that small store attention but plenty of selection!

Having to go to the hardware store is probably always going to…read morebe depressing as it means you are more than likely spending your weekend or time off fixing something around the house. Thing is...places like these are being run out of business but they do often carry things the huge retailers do not. It's nice to know you still have a choice in where you shop and it's nice to not have to walk a 1/4 mile to get into the front door and not have to walk past the $1000 Propane Grills and $3500 Riding Mowers to find the plumbing part you need or a light bulb or whatever you are in need of. As far as the folks who work there are concerned....if you are there to make chit chat or have someone cheer you up....maybe you should go stand in Home Depot or Lowe's wait lines and talk to the folks there that can barely make change. Not only are they awful anymore....it's so bad that Lowes and HD know it as they now have automated checkout where you don't even need an actual Human Being to check you out. Talk about depressing.

I'm posting this review to let it be known that I had a great experience buying paint from Lowe's…read moreafter having an absolutely terrible experience with a purchase I made from Home Depot. Lowe's does not have a "Buy at Your Own Risk" paint policy like Home Depot does. My Lowe's representative, Hannah, was very professional, informative, and assured me that if I was not satisfied with my paint purchase, that I could easily return it. Now I'm a reasonable guy, and I wouldn't be the type to take advantage of a policy like this, although I'm sure some other people would. If I picked the color and I didn't like it, I would own it. That would be on me and I wouldn't return it. But if the store didn't mix it right, that's on them, regardless of what the sticker on the can says. Fortunately, Lowe's doesn't consider either of those two scenarios. Their policy is, "If you're not satisfied, we'll take it back." I would advise anyone to use Lowe's for their paint purchasing needs as their store guarantees satisfaction where Home Depot does not. That's where the value is. Thank you for the great service, Hannah. Owasso Home Depot lost a customer to Owasso Lowe's last night.

Picked up my Dixon lawnmower after they were to put a new belt on. They had the unit for weeks…read more They put on a new belt last year, which had 5 hours of run time on it. It fell off first time I mowed this spring. They also said it needed all new springs and pulley's, est. $500. I said just replace the belt and one spring that was missing. They charged over one hour of time to replace a 10 minute belt replacement. Five years ago my nephew replaced the same belt in less than five minutes. Total bill for belt and spring was over $199. Either the tech was incompetent on replacing the belt or padding his time. I brought the excessive charges to the clerk upon check out and the fact that I paid over $500 last year for a new belt and other service on the mower. It fell on uncaring ears. Needless to say, I will find a more timely and reasonably priced mower service store next time. After buying 3 mowers and many service calls, over the last decades, my last dollar spent at this store is over. You make your own call, but I strongly suggest you get an estimate on the time they say is needed to replace a part.
