I took them and tried them and couldn't get the machine to run. I went back, and as we were getting the batteries out of the car to return, the same man came out to help me and explained how I may be able to make it work. I took them back and it did, in fact, work. He was so helpful and made it possible for my mother to get something to make her more mobile. It was a great experience all around.

Drove 30 mins for the appointment and they told me the computer automatically cancelled the appointment and they didn't have the part and could not help. There was no sorry or just no part and goodbye. I'm a repeat customer but there's no excuse for not apologizing or calling in advance of the appointment and saying they needed to cancel bc the part is not in stock. Wasted an hour of my time.

So I loaded everything up to make a trip for this journey. I could parked right in front of the store which was nice. The store was very tidy and clean as well. The staff who was working at the time was not only courteous but also very professional. While I was waiting for him, he was helping another customer out about a battery for a vehicle, he was so caring to the customer I thought the customer was a friend of his. With attitude like that, no wonder why Amazon can't put them out of business. Anyway, I got all my UPS units batteries replaced smoothly without any issues.
