We were driving through town on our way to Memphis tennessee when our suspension failed on one tire. We tried calling many places and no one could get us in. Saw the great reviews online for Robertson tires and called. Jason at robertson tires answered the phone and was so helpful. He was super friendly and got us in first thing. He helped us identify the problem and offered some solutions to get us to on our way to memphis. Great communication- great service! I work within very short walking distance of Robertson's in Owasso. My car would not start while leaving work. I called Robertson's to see what the process was to drop it off after hours as it was close to closing time. Not only did they offer to walk over and check my battery but they let me wait inside for my husband to pick me up , after hours because of the heat. While the dealership would try to have me do work on my car sooner than necessary or possibly not needed, Robertson has been very upfront and honest with me the entire time. I had a brake light out on my Jeep Liberty and needed it repaired. I have a injured hand and was unable to change it myself. After going to Tate's Tire (3+ hour wait), Hibdon Tire (2/3 hour wait), Autozone (Too complicated), O'Rielly's (too complicated) and by now I'm offering $20 cash to please help, I decided to take a shot at Robertson Tire. I go inside and am greeted right away by Jim Reeves the manager and Justin Koons. Both were extremely friendly and helpful. Jim went out with me and had zero apprehension as to the time it would take to repair my light, which took all of five minutes. I was able to drive home safely without being pulled over and probably getting a ticket. Jim was friendly, kind, and most importantly empathetic, and because of that he might have gone a little bit out of the way to help me, and now I and my family will be taking our business to Robertson Tire in the future. We own our own company and have trailers, multiple vehicles, and are buying a big truck soon. Big trucks use big tires, and I'll buy them all from Robertson Tire in Owasso because of the kindness of your employees. read more

I've used Robertson's for many years. I've bought tires from them, had oil changes done, brake jobs, alignments, alternator changeouts, batteries. The most recent was when the pulley flew off my alternator and ate, the serpentine belt and a bunch of other stuff. The alternator was one they put in for me, but I had gotten several years and a probably 20,000 miles out of it. They were about a hundred dollars under the dealership's price. The dealership I use has reasonable prices for service, not cheap, but reasonable. My only concern is that more and more certified mechanics are recommending use of OEM parts. I have to wonder, if I got an OEM alternator from the dealership, if the pulley wouldn't have come off and did the $2000 worth of damage. One reason, I like to use Robertson's here in Owasso is that they are within walking distance from my home. I can drop a car off, walk home on a nice day, when they call and say its ready, walk back and get my car. The only other problem was they took a lot of time to get the repair done. They are a good honest shop, and in spite of the fact that we have a lot of auto servicing places here in Owasso, Robertson's stays swamped. Probably because a lot of people trust them. That is the only reason I didn't give them five stars. One example is the NAPA battery they sold me was only warranted for two years, I got over four out of it. They put the battery in, and did some other minor repairs at no charge. read more

The worst place in Owasso. I was over charged and when I talked to the service manager he said it was to late, I already paid . Then when I didn't go for that he said he just wanted to see if I would "lay down" I also learned later that the tires they sold me are a couple years old and are already falling apart. I've done business with Robertson Tire in Owasso several times over the last year & a half. First visit was an oil change. They've repaired two flats for me quickly, NO CHARGE. More recently, I purchased a set of tires. They were cheaper than the other two quotes I had received. Additionally, they will price match if a competitor has a lower quote. My business will continue to go to Robertson Tire. Staff has always been courteous & all services have been completed in a timely manner. read more

These guys do right by the customers. They will take care of you and not charge for a lot of small services most shops charge for. Even when they are backed up they get on jobs real quick. This last time in they gave us a good price on tires the first time around. Can't go wrong with this location!!! read more

I never write reviews unless the service is dog shit or absolutely amazing so you can trust me on this one. I walked into this store in need of new tires for my truck but wasn't sure to which ones I wanted, all I did know was my budget. I spent the next 30-45 minutes speaking to one of the gentlemen behind the counter about what tires they had and what best suited my needs. As I proceeded to ask a thousand questions, this man never once got irritated or angry with me. He then went out of his way to call another store about a set of Bridgestones that were marked down substantially and got them delivered within an hour. Everything went perfectly and also included free tire services whenever needed. I am a man who enjoys great customer service and can't thank Robertson Tire enough for their help. A+ read more

I hear a lot of great things about Robertson Tire on the radio and some people and I happened to need an oil change so I decided to go to Robertson Tire in Owasso. I got there and there were a few customers in already. As I approached the counter, I was not greeted. There was not a "Hello." No "Good morning" from the guy. So with a smile I said "Good morning!", and let him know that I need an oil change and tire rotation. He asked all the questions that are typically asked to new customers to have their information in their database. I handed him my keys and waited. I saw other customers come in and were greeted with smiles, good mornings, friendly chats and exchanges of pleasantries. Then a Hispanic man comes in and he spoke in a heavy Spanish accent. He was treated the same as I was. I thought that was weird. Later, I talked to the same guy at the counter about tires because I was planning to get a new set of tires soon for another I own. His attitude was not mean, but just very unfriendly just as before, almost like he didn't want to interact with me, and it's not even like he was busy. He was just flipping through a magazine. It was a short talk because I wasn't going to make him talk to me about tires if he really doesn't want to talk to me and he didn't even offer to talk about any other kinds of tires with me but one. At other tire shops that I've purchased tires from in the past, they would ask you what kind of tires you want and then offer a variety of options to choose from. Yeah, I could tell that the guy just didn't want to interact with me, and I don't believe it's because he's not knowledgeable. He was an older gentleman, maybe in his mid to late 40's. I did get my oil changed and tires rotated, but I left feeling unwelcomed. I'm not saying it was some in-your-face kind of racism, but there was an obvious telling that you'll be treated less than if you look different and talk different. I speak perfect English, but I'm not white. I hate that I am writing this kind of review, but that was my experience at the Robertson Tire in Owasso. The experience was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcomed there. It was like they don't want to serve you, but they want your money so they put up with you if you look different and talk different. I know that this guy does not represent Robertson Tire as a whole. I'm sure other Robertson Tire locations are as great as I hear they are, but I will not be getting new tires from any Robertson Tire locations. I do not plan on visiting any Robertson Tire locations in the future. read more

These guys are awesome. I mainly use the Owasso location but have used the Broken Arrow location and got the same service experience at both. They don't try to tack on extra charges and once went out of their way to find me a rear window wiper that I was having a hard time finding on my own. I get free oil changes at the dealership I bought my new car at but I will happily come to Robertson's because they are simply the best in town. read more

The manager quoted me a different price than what they charged me for an oil change. I am appalled they value their standard oil change at $45. It is understandable that the price could change depending on the vehicle, but they need to make this clear before the service. The manager offered to "make it right" by a free tire rotation - which is not a service I need or want. This is exactly why people have little faith and trust in the automotive service industry.
