Purchased a new phone and AT&T sent the wrong one. I returned it to the store unopened. They sold the phone to someone else instead of sending it to corporate. So now I am billed for $1,800 and the manager, Jordan, admits they screwed it up but won't do anything about it. It has been going on for 4 months and now the managers won't talk to me on the phone or come out and speak to me at the store! I'm switching my business account to Verizon. read more

Avoid at all cost they will blow smoke up your butt about all the great deals they have and when your bill doesn't reflect what they promised the advice is to cancel and pay the $50 restock fee per device and I'm not talking about a little difference, my bill is almost double what they promised. They only care about the commission, they don't give about customer service. read more

Automated calls are a pain but once I was connected to Jacob he was able to walk me thru the steps I needed to replace my current phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Only rating 3 stars because someone from the corporate office dialed into the call just to tell me he couldn't proceed with my application after paying almost $100 in sales tax. read more

I have never received worse service than here. I am listed on-line as the account administrator for our company but when I go into the store they say I'm not. They will not help and want the dead administrator before me to come in and make changes to the account. Our company is going to leave ATT and find an actual phone company that still values their customers. read more

Told my mom that they could fix the voice-mail on our new phones if we can in and had a drivers license. We then drove 30 minutes to get there. My mom was told upon arriving to call their 1800 number and they would not be able to set up the voice mail for us. Also the rep was quite rude on the phobe. We just bought these phones Monday and now have no way to access our voicemail. read more

Worst customer service I have ever had there. My husband went in to purchase a new Galaxy watch for our Android phones. After telling them we looked online and it was confusing so we came in they offered us an i-watch. We don't have IPhones so why offer us an i-watch. Then after acting put out because of this the AT&T worker told my husband it would be simpler if we just purchased it online. He didn't offer to help us order it, even thou we had told him it was confusing when we first got there. So pretty much if you don't have an iPhone the Owasso AT&T store will not help you and you have to figure it all out on your own. Not cool and you can bet we will be letting everyone know what a terrible customer service experience we had. read more

This is my local AT&T store. It is a nice size and has a good assortment of phones. On my last visit here, Adam was who helped me. I needed to add a bunch of lines to my account. He was super nice, friendly and helpful as far as figuring out what was best for my family and I. My five year old nephew came along and Adam was very patient with us, He let him play with an Ipad that was on display. The service was fast and efficient. At the end of my visit, I had done exactly what I had wanted to when I came in. read more

Do not trust anyone in the store! Or anyone at AT&T They leave out information so they can charge double for services with the claim they can't trust the customer saying they didn't get the information. And I quote, "anyone who loses their job will make the claim of not getting all the information to get out of paying their bill". read more

I recommend asking for them when you go there either for a new phone or an account issue. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in, I needed a new screen protector for my phone as it had cracked. He cleaned my phone and placed the screen protector on it making it absolutely perfect. I always go here to fix or buy a phone and I can't think of a better place to do so. read more

We scheduled a conversion from cox to at&t uverse. When the installer arrived, he first totally disabled the wiring that makes up the wired phone in the home. Then that being done, he states that he cannot use the wired circuit in the home for the new service and will have to use wireless. This is a mobile home park and I just don't trust encryption that much. He states that he will be required to repair the house wiring to be able to use it for the service. He stated that this will cost more initially. I told him to forget the install. He immediately left the house, got in the trunk and was never seen or heard from again. The installer left the house phone service not working as he had disconnected the wires from the wall plugs. The house phones number that we have had for 12 years is now not working. Somehow at&t was able to take the phone number 1 day early, and I still haven't figured that one out. I called cox to have a tech come out and repair the house phone service. When cox get to the house (2 days later) they said the reason house phone didn't work is at&t had the service. We had already canceled the install and the service rep said we couldn't have our old number back, even though they owned it 1 day early than I authorized the porting. This could go on and on as we were lied to by many many people, all of which I have days, badge numbers, conversation numbers. Before using at&t, check them out. It cost us over 500.00 in extra fees, lost time and extra work for me. NEVER AGAIN We just got rid of at&t wireless service. No we are at&t free. read more

I took my phone over to the AT&T store this afternoon and actually got waited on immediately if you can call it being waited on. The guy asks me how he can help me. I replied that 1. My phone was burning through my battery 2. Burning through my data like crazy and 3. I wanted the pop-up that was coming up before I could even actually open my phone to STOP. His next words to me were verbatim exactly what my husband had warned me they would say, "you're eligible for a new phone, you can make payments for it on your monthly bill. Of course, you're out of contract so you would need to sigh a new contract as well." he did absolutely nothing to fix my phone, not even stop the annoying pop-up. Now mind you this is the ONLY cell phone company we have ever used so we've been with them for like nearly 25 years. I told him I was pretty much computer and phone illiterate and besides that I'm a senior citizen. You would think that those factors would get me at least a minimum amount of respect. ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!! Since I wasn't interested in signing a new contract or purchasing a new phone he just screwed around and wasted 20 minutes of my time because he obviously thought I was STUPID!!! It will be interesting to see if anyone at the store or corporate cares enough to contact me. One thing is certain, if I have to get a new phone and sign a new contract, to get my phone fixed, I'll probably find a new company as well. read more
