I came into this store very bereft, as AT&T had just lied to me and treated me extremely unprofessionally. My first encounter was with Jordan who took the time (even though they were busy) to sit with me and work through my issues. AT&T refused to give me a transfer pin to switch carriers. They insisted that I had no choice but to pay off my old iPhone 14+ (stolen) before they would issue that 6-digit pin number. Not only is this unethical, but it is also illegal and I have reported their bad business practices to the FCC. Jordan assisted me in developing new passwords, deleting old information and bringing over ALL of my contacts and photos. I was very concerned about my personal data not moving over after AT&T tried so hard to prevent me from switching carriers. But after sitting at the store for some time, everything did transfer over! When I came back into the store a little bit later to hand in my old iPhone 8 as a trade-in, Thomas was available to assist me. He also sat down with me and explained that this process should not have been so complicated. He was able to update my plan, double check that I finally had all of my data and even spoke with his manager regarding a credit after AT&T overcharged me ($222). The bottom line is Verizon has already outperformed AT&T in just 24 hours! Their employees are educated on the process, take the time to explain things to the average customer and go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of. I am already happy I decided to switch my cellular service to Verizon, and I am telling everyone who is needing a new carrier to go by and visit with Jordan and Thomas!! read more

As a 15 year customer, I'm disappointed in the degradation of service. Cannot reach anyone through the phone for technical assistance and in-store workers are incapable of helping. I've been locked out of my online account without any way to fix it for the past 12 -14 months so I am leaving. read more

Absolutely the best and friendliest service I've ever received from a Verizon store. Jordan was more than helpful. He tried troubleshooting, and when that didn't work, he searched online until he found the fix. Jordan transferred my info from my 7 pro pixel, which had an internal problem, to my new Pixel 8 pro I received from Google. The store manager was friendly and helpful and finished up for Jordan while he went to help another customer while my info was still transferring. You guys are awesome. read more

I used Verizon for over 10 years. Then one month they hit me with a large billing saying I used a lot of data via a wireless router. The router had no changes or any other reason it would use excessive amount of data. It only happened for 10 days then claimed it went back to normal usage. Verizon wanted an additional $100 so I called the representative who told he would take care of the overbilling. Later when the billing came in it was not reduced as I was told. when i went to the local offices, the salesperson told me I should go find another provider. So that is what I did. They are so unorganized and no ethics what so ever. You call for help and they send you to India. read more

This particular location was not helpful with our problem at all. They also told us that no store in the area had what we needed and wouldn't until Dec 29. Not taking an "oh well" for an answer, we went to the Tulsa Hills location. Not only were they able to fix our phone problem...they also had the exact new phone we wanted in stock as well. We will never return to this 41st location again. They get a second star because they were not rude. They were lacking knowledge and giving miss information. read more

I honestly HATE Verizon, and I don't hate a lot of things. I walked into this store at wits end ready to cancel my plan and sell back my phone and wipe my hands clean. I wish I would have dealt with this store and its manager (Seth) since the beginning because they are wonderful and helpful people. Even though I still cancelled everything they made the process as painless as possible, helped me redeem some Verizon points that went missing, and went above and beyond in helping me through the closure process. Terrible customer service. Went in to get a new phone for a corporate account and was greeted with snarky attitudes across the board. Jose, the manager, needs to work on his customer service. Upon trying to complete the purchase for our he said there was a 12 month contract on the phone that had a balance, which was wrong. The phone was paid for in cash and there was no contract. Rather than saying he'd look into it, he just said you're wrong and argued continuously, without taking any time to look at the account. He also told us someone had probably used the upgrade for that line - which cannot happen because there is no contract to upgrade. We insisted that there was an error and that he needed to check.Then Jose proceeded to kick us out of the store still saying we were wrong all the way out the door. How about rather than saying someone is wrong, you take a minute to look into it and also not argue with a customer? Upon calling our corporate representative with Verizon, we discovered that Jose was in fact wrong and it had been on the wrong line. Very disappointed in the customer service - or lack there of. We drove to Tulsa Hills and Cris took care of us right away. He was efficient and we had no problems with our purchase. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to upgrade my iPhone and the lady who was assigned to "help" me (her name was Crystal) was rude and childish with a horrible attitude. She brought me to the iPhone stand and said "these are the iphones. Play with it." Umm..... I was leaning towards getting another iPhone but wanted to know the perks about both the iPhones and Android phones. She was adamant on not letting me buy a Samsung phone (as she stated herself) and gave me a hard time about being more interested in the iPhone 10 than the 8???? She couldn't give any information on either phones other than, "There are no perks. It's just a preference and you're not understanding that." I understand the whole preference thing but I'm pretty sure there is more to it which is why some people prefer an android over and iPhone and vice versa. She also wouldn't let me talk without interrupting/also putting words in my mouth that I never said. I finally left and went to the Verizon store on 71st and Memorial and the customer service was so much better there. They were unbiased and clearly know what they are talking about when it comes to electronics. And it shows that they did their research. read more

I received a text from Drew at this store telling me about the Android tablet special they were having. It only cost me $10.00 extra a month and the tablet was free. I have never experienced such great customer service through a text message. The approval process was easy and Drew did all of the work for me while I sat in the comfort of my home. Reps are really friendly and know what they are doing. I spoke with Brian and Alison they me with opening my account and transferred my number from Att. Its a perfect location because it near my job. There 4g is fast just not everywhere like there 3g. read more
