A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly. Damon had accomplished what I could never have done. I paid his fee, but I owe him a debt of gratitude. Thank you so much, Damon. You are one of a kind.

I called first thing the next day and mind you they do NOT take calls in the actual store so I guess its a 3rd party or something, but they said they cancelled it for "fruad activity" huh??? I work for an apartment complex and the owner paid for it and I was picking it up, I am the Property Manager. Due to the name of the pick up person and the card holder not being the same it was cancelled. They said I have to drive all the way to the store to "TRY" to get it resolved if it is still available. BAD BAD business.

During that 20 minutes I observed him multi-tasking with 4 other customers & a colleague - all happy/satisfied, kept his cool, & was moving with alacrity. You could say he re-defines indispensability, or is that invaluable, peerless employee that all employers are eager to find & keep making that critical 1st/lasting impression on behalf of their business. Joseph at customer service said you had to make an appointment for Apple products and the next one available was this afternoon to see if they could be repaired. I told him that I had other errands to run so I would just drop them off now and come back and pick them up when they were done either repaired or replaced if they could not be repaired. He said I would have to come back this afternoon to sign the paperwork before they would look at them. I said I should be able to sign the paperwork now while I'm already there. He went to check with the guy working at Geek Squad and came back and said because that guy isn't trained to work on Apple projects I would have to come back this afternoon when someone was there who could and that is their policy. Either these two employees are incompetent or that is an asinine policy because it is not respectful of the time of your customers. I have dropped off other items for repair at Geek Squad before and Apple products should be no different. And you wonder why your business is declining.

Our smallest set misfired. Okay truth be told I have no idea what was wrong with the thing. What I…read moreknew is we only had two opportunities to get to the grocery store this week and we were running low. The master of the house needed his toy fixed so I found a place in between where we were and where we needed to be via Google sesrch. There were two listings both closed but with the same phone number...we called. The guy is in a third location but available. He took a look, gave an estimate, order the part and in three days...the set was a factory reset. So far so good. His shop is in a shed behind his house. He prices are appropriately set for working out of your home. He is a pleasant, jolly type guy with a passion for writing.
