Logix and its local staff are by far the easiest bandwidth and dial tone service provider we work with; we always get a live support representative or local rep to coordinate and work alongside. One instance that comes time mind is a client of ours who was so frustrated with current services with a large local provider they cancelled services without having a backup plan. We reached out to Logix and they did a special Install for this client in under 7 days to ensure there was service when the other provider disconnected. Logix did not do this because it was an opportunity, the staff fought to get this in place because a local business would have been crippled without it.

Mathew -led tech, was so awesome! Seriously. I came in with no notice and no speakerphone working,…read morewhich was getting really frustrating. I could not use FaceTime or any other speakerphone options which had been going on for well over a month. I took it to the AT&T store and they told me I would have to get a new phone. I thought I paid for insurance and when I went to claim it, they informed me I did not anyway, that's another matter. When I walked into tech daddy, Matthew was super friendly and helpful. Turns out it was a simple cleaning which he did right away and was so kind as I was embarrassed. I could have done it myself ‍ my iPhone 13 mini is back is business!

After 3 trips to their store it was finally determined that they did not have the part I needed all they would offer was a lesser product with an in-store credit on the $40 difference in cost, an in-store credit of the $85, or a refund with a 20% restocking fee. They wanted to charge ME 20% for selling me the wrong item and then not having the right one to sell me! Don't waste your time or money, just go somewhere that offers good service, good products, and actually honor their work.

But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!
