Up until a few years ago, when BTC was a family run company, they provided excellent customer service. I have had BTC email accounts for decades. They recently decided to change their 'so-called' security. When they did , email will not operate on a Linux machine with NordVPN security. There is only one reason, BTC is tracking your internet traffic and will not let NordVPN isolate you from their surveillance. If you value your security and privacy, stay far from BTC. read more

I had high hopes for this provider but the last few months the service has been off as much as it has been on. There are both planned and unplanned outages very very often and since I work from home often overseas at odd times...this is becoming a large problem for me. I've reached out to customer service with no responses. It's a bummer. I had Google Fiber in my last home and NEVER had issues like this. I have been a customer of BTC Broadband for just under 6 months, and I could not be happier. After moving to Bixby from Texas, I had to review the ISP offerings in this area. After some recommendations, we went with BTC. The gentleman that installed my system was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and efficient. The internet speed has been consistently high, even though we have 4 users in the house with multiple devices. I have yet to notice a time that we have dropped signal. There are so many things I love about BTC over any other company I've used.. especially Att and Cox. You can call and actually speak with a person and a local person at that. They have always been super friendly and helpful to me when I call. My internet has only gone down a couple of times since I've used their service, and I think both times it was from other companies who accidentally cut the lines.. I'm in a new construction area. I hope I can use BTC forever. They are THE best! read more

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH........ They charged me over $600 just for internet and a security phone line for 2 months excluding my DIRECT TV bill . Internet didn't work for the first month.They tried charging me over $150 again to come out and fix their initial mistake. Then when I was dissatisfied they didn't do anything to fix it. Direct TV definitely needs to find a better dealer to sell their product. I called COX and they bundled everything (phone, internet and 2 box's) and were out within a few days to fix everything and charged me $140/month for EVERYTHING with free installation. read more
