I was very pleased with the way in which I was taken care of by the staff. Notably, by Mr. Anthony B, one of the sales reps currently working at this location. Despite the fact that my onboarding process took over 30 minutes after closing the store to have been resolved. Mr. Anthony did not rush me out of the shop or seemed flustered by the experience. Prior to coming in for an activation, he answered all of my preliminary questions with patience and without pressuring me into buying a new phone plan. This is a quality that is shared by other staff members at the shop. During my visit, I noticed that the store manager was also assisting a customer with an ongoing issue that required multiple calls to different departments to finally be resolved.
