Best of all, he was not pushy or tried to sell me on things I didn't want or need. I went in and got a quote on how much it would cost to switch service from T-Mobile, of which I despise. He gave me a quote, and I went on my way to think about and make my decision to switch. I returned a few hours later to him again, who got me set up with a new phone and service. No BS upsales, just friendly service. I am very happy with my experience!

When I went into exchange my phone and see what they could do the gal was very nice to work with told me I could trade in my phone and I would only have to pay $160 on a replacement phone that cost $840. I told her I wanted to pay the phone off. She said I needed to turn in my phone within 30 days cleared to get that promotion. Went back in today to surrender my old phone and worked with the manager who told me my phone was only a $180 credit and I would have to pay the rest. I told him that's not what she told me and you need to call her. So he called her and I could hear them on the phone and she confirmed what I said. The manager confirmed she had told me that. He refused to do anything about it other than take a couple services off of two other devices I have to lower my bill $12 a month. Told him leave it, keep the phone and walked out. Horrible manager. Would not recommend this place!

Stopped in to get a new Apple Watch. Sebastien assisted me in picking out the perfect model for…read morewhat I was looking for. I wanted all the health bells and whistles. EKG etc. Sebastien was patient and very kind. He even took my blood pressure to make sure it matched up.... Also I will add...I knew I recognized him... he is also a nurse. He's a sweetie. So we picked the 10 and then he helped me with the wristband. After that Mindy took over grabbing my order when it was up and ready - she was great too! Helped get my watch all set up, went over all the cool features, and was super easy to understand and work with. I left feeling very taken care of. It's been a couple days now since I bought my Apple Watch 10 and I'm very happy with it. I love the Snoopy face setting!!! It's so fun! Makes me happy.
