Oh. My. Gosh! This place is the BEST! I have used them 3 times now. Once for a new battery and once…read morefor a new screen. But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

Update: tech daddy completed the screen replacement in the time they quoted me. My iPad was trashed and smashed. They made it look like new. Had me turn it on and make sure it was working correctly. I thought I paid for insurance and when I went to claim it, they informed me I did not anyway, that's another matter. When I walked into tech daddy, Matthew was super friendly and helpful.
