I went to upgrade my phone, she went and without asking grabbed a phone case. When I told her I didn't want the overpriced phone case, she went and grabbed a charger box, when I told her I had a charger box- without asking or telling me, went and grabbed a $40 screen protector, and tried to ring it up without telling me price- then once I refused that, gave me a bad attitude and continued bad customer service. After looking at the cost to upgrade, I laughed and went next door and signed up with AT&T where I got amazing service, without the pushy sales tactics on overpriced items. Lost a customer because of that terrible service.
