But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

Just called today in APRIL for them to tell me why they haven't updated me. They claim they were going to call "two days ago" but got "busy." Apprantly they fried the motherboard during the attempted repair, bricking the system. All they had to say was "oopsie" and that it's unrepairable. So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs.

The gentleman running the stand was very helpful, and almost a perfectionist. He applied and removed two different brands of screen covers before he found the perfect fit with the third. He took extra time making sure it was applied correctly and getting all the air bubbles out. Fun watching the kids nearby play Xbox kinect while we waited.

Had the best service from Jose in the Reasor's store in Bixby (111th & Memorial)! He took the time to explain the problem with my phone and that it was a simple fix (not what AT&T told me!). Just needed a new screen - which he did not have in stock, but would order for me! He even called other stores - Phone Doctors and competitors to see if they had the screen that my phone needed. He couldn't find one anywhere else, so he ordered one for me. This was on Saturday - had my phone back and in great working order on Monday afternoon! Take your phone to Jose in the Reasor's store! I went in to this location and had the young man look at my phone he was amazing explaining everything to me and then sold me screen covers for my whole family so anytime we break a screen we get to go in and get new ones for free!!! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of phones. read more

I tried everything I could think of to try to fix it. Even though the screen was black I could still type on it. So I returned to this same location to get it repaired again. I just got my phone back today and it is still not working properly. I got my front screen fixing both times. This time my flash is messing up and holding unusually long. I will not be returning to this Cell Phone Hospital for repairs again.

Fortunately, I had the exceptional service today when, after taking my non-working phone to US Cellular where I purchased it and they offered no help, other than showing me new $800-$900 phones I could purchase, I ended up going to the Cell Phone Hospital in Tulsa Hills where I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and helped me right away. He worked on my phone for well over 20 minutes, found it was the charging port being packed with debris and he cleaned it all out with special cell phone tools. He tested the phone right afterward and it immediately worked. He wouldn't take payment for doing this and said he was just trying to provide the best customer service. I was blown away by this. Needless to say, I highly recommend this business for any of your cell phone repair needs. I will definitely be giving them my return business.
