I tried everything I could think of to try to fix it. Even though the screen was black I could still type on it. So I returned to this same location to get it repaired again. I just got my phone back today and it is still not working properly. I got my front screen fixing both times. This time my flash is messing up and holding unusually long. I will not be returning to this Cell Phone Hospital for repairs again.

Fortunately, I had the exceptional service today when, after taking my non-working phone to US Cellular where I purchased it and they offered no help, other than showing me new $800-$900 phones I could purchase, I ended up going to the Cell Phone Hospital in Tulsa Hills where I was greeted by a young man who was very professional and helped me right away. He worked on my phone for well over 20 minutes, found it was the charging port being packed with debris and he cleaned it all out with special cell phone tools. He tested the phone right afterward and it immediately worked. He wouldn't take payment for doing this and said he was just trying to provide the best customer service. I was blown away by this. Needless to say, I highly recommend this business for any of your cell phone repair needs. I will definitely be giving them my return business.

He said there is a nationwide cellular issue across the US. Many phones are stuck in SOS mode. Not an issue for all users. My phone is working at least. The woman ahead of us was quite distressed, she was lost. He helped her get the GPS working to find her destination. Seems to be a nationwide issue on many Verizon phone cellular services since 8:30AM-9AM this morning. He said hopefully it should be back up running by tomorrow morning. Let's hope so. Staffer was helpful. At least we have one phone working. He told us to cycle through turning off and on the phone to get to connect. Some relief a new SIM card isn't needed at least.

No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. This was an issue I had brought up to them and they had signed papers saying they'd replace the laptop as I had wished, after a few days they tried to convince me that there was no issue with the laptop despite having told them my experience using the device. It did not meet the performance expectations as they had promised so I really hoped they'd help replace it. They didn't and for days into weeks have had hold of the laptop, promising to "fix it" but to not even return it after I had paid for it in whole. When I asked for a refund they denied. Not knowing what to do, I was upset. This was not the first time I had a negative experience with them. The first time I had done business with them, I bought an iPhone, the iPhone had an issue where it would shut off automatically at random intervals, asking them to fix it. They held onto it for a week or two saying they had fixed it. After seeing that that was not the case, they tried to worm their way out by gaslighting me and telling me it was "past its date". Seriously, is this how you help your clients when your products are faulty? They never made any compensation to the money I had spent and in their efforts, we had to go home with the faulty device. Seeing this was happening again with the laptop, it's an understatement to say that I'm incredibly disappointed in this business. I have yet to receive the laptop as it's still under their possession. This should not be happening as it does.

I have claims with the FCC, Public Utilities Commission and BBB and still no resolution. I am willing to testify and have detailed documentation should anyone want to pursue a class action suit. I cannot get anyone to listen or resolve my complaint. No one even really listens. Look up the reviews for the 3 companies on Yelp and elsewhere. It's the same story over and over. THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE. Report this company to the FCC and your state's PUC. Then warn others to avoid the company.
