My appointment was cancelled last week due to an error with their AI chat, today I was told 8am-10am for arrival. it's now nearly 2PM AND calling in for a status update, I was told "my tech was delayed and new expected arrival is 3:45PM." No communication. if you have other options, go with someone else.
