He said there is a nationwide cellular issue across the US. Many phones are stuck in SOS mode. Not an issue for all users. My phone is working at least. The woman ahead of us was quite distressed, she was lost. He helped her get the GPS working to find her destination. Seems to be a nationwide issue on many Verizon phone cellular services since 8:30AM-9AM this morning. He said hopefully it should be back up running by tomorrow morning. Let's hope so. Staffer was helpful. At least we have one phone working. He told us to cycle through turning off and on the phone to get to connect. Some relief a new SIM card isn't needed at least.

Logix and its local staff are by far the easiest bandwidth and dial tone service provider we work with; we always get a live support representative or local rep to coordinate and work alongside. One instance that comes time mind is a client of ours who was so frustrated with current services with a large local provider they cancelled services without having a backup plan. We reached out to Logix and they did a special Install for this client in under 7 days to ensure there was service when the other provider disconnected. Logix did not do this because it was an opportunity, the staff fought to get this in place because a local business would have been crippled without it.

Would not recommend this place!

Then I asked to see what they have and he said "well I can't take them out of the box" so I can't show you anything. I then barked "well this is explains why the store is empty!" Between the outage Verizon had this week and this lazy sales staff that didn't even stand to greet a walk-in customer or lift a finger to help me spend money at their employer's store....I guess there's no place but up for this store.... cause I can't imagine the customer service could get any worse. Fundamental sales training won't even help if the employee doesn't care about helping others.
