I visited the Riverside location in Jenks yesterday evening after speaking with Ryan over the phone around 9:30 a.m., when he confirmed they had the phone I was looking for in stock. I called the store again around 5:00 p.m. to verify it was still available before making the drive. Ryan assured me it was and let me know he would be leaving for the day, but that two other associates would be there to assist me. When I arrived, I was greeted right away by one of the associates, even though he was already helping another customer. He let me know someone would be with me shortly, and before long, Kevon came over to help. I was a little nervous about the AT&T Next Up program because of the fine print, so I wanted to speak with someone in person before making a decision. Kevon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain the program, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. He also let me know about other promotions and ways I could save money. Once I explained that I had my heart set on one specific phone, he respected my decision completely and helped me purchase exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured to choose a different device or add something I didn't need, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a phone store. The Jenks location is clean, spacious, and staffed by genuinely friendly, professional people. Thank you to both Ryan and Kevon for making this the easiest and most pleasant phone upgrade I've ever had. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized! read more

This store is horrible and the young gentleman working there on Christmas Eve is a liar and lazy and needs to be fired. Have business account with AT&T for 20 plus years and have never been treated so poorly. I was physically thrown out of the store at closing because he had plans and could not figure out how to access my account. My husband drove 90 miles an hour to get there and arrived at 6:02 and we didn't get the gift for my daughter for Christmas. After a short wait, I was helped. The employee, Colton, was courteous and very helpful. He helped me pick out the right product and even installed it for me. It was a great experience. I was also happy you had to wear a mask to enter the store. read more

There's about 12 tables here where you can be helped but 1 person working the entire store. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever. Just a bunch of people sitting around wondering who came in first. read more

I give a one star because the location was nice and clean but there was a young blonde kid that was working and refused my service. He explained that the call would take 30min and he didn't have time to make it (no other guest in the store) I then asked if I could have the phone number to make it on my own and he said that someone that worked for AT&T would have to be there during the call. So I asked again can you not make the call what's the problem? He again said no he doesn't have time so I asked for his supervisors name and he refused and said you need to leave KAREN... excuse me!!! Little did he know my husband is black and I have mixed kids!!! That Should not matter at all you work for customer service and your job is to help guest in store... Those words are a slap in the face and the amount of disrespect he showed is crazy!!!then said okay Karen if we need to do it this way I would have to call the police! I explained please do I would love to chat with them about my experience. He then again refused to give his name or his supervisors name to the officer. This store is horrible. The customer service is atrocious. They are all assholes and refuse to help out their own customers. I recommend you go to a corporate AT&T store over this one. They are completely useless and will do nothing to go out of their way to help you. They care about themselves more than their own customers. Horrible business. read more

This location has terrible customer service and their poor attitudes are amplified, magnified and personified by the example set by management. I have several services with AT&T: Wireless, U-Verse and Digital Life (home security). My monthly payments for my wireless and u-verse more than doubled (almost $850) and after numerous attempts and several hours on the phone I made an appointment at this location. The young man who helped me, Issac, seemed very kind, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, caring, and persistent. I assumed this would resolve everything without further calls. Nope! After hours of more calls and chipping away at the amount I had to leave to take my child to an important appointment. The next day I was told not to come back as planned that, "We are working with some people higher up in the company trying to find a resolution so we are waiting on responses from them and my manager is still going through the bills". Yet hours later text me asking for my passcode. That told me he could not have worked on it earlier. I was not reassured my service would remain on. In the end, day three, I had a zero balance. But wait! The following afternoon I was told I had to come up to their store and sign a 2 year contract and switch from UVerse to Direct TV!! And because I was not able to the said they would no longer assist me! They were so very rude. I was floored. Because, they told me my next months bill would be the same and I would be over charged requiring me to again seek their help in getting rid of the overcharges! Now what? I have no idea! read more
