All of the sales staff are very knowledgeable and kind and the Manager is really attentive and helpful! We just switched our phones over to AT&T and this store hooked us up with all kinds of discounts and helpful tips! They took their time with us and made sure we understood everything. They even set our phones up and put our screen protectors on! My cousin switched over to AT&T as well, but went to a different store. They didn't even tell him about the ongoing promotions they were having, they didn't tell him he could trade his old phone in, they didn't even offer him a screen protector at a bundled price for his new service! As if that wasn't enough, my ZAGG glass screen protector cracked and I ordered a new one. Since AT&T did such a great job putting my last one on, I called the AT&T by my work at 96th and Riverside, to see if they would replace it for me. They were very rude and stated that I would have to do it myself since they didn't offer that service. So, I called the one by 15th and Lewis and sure enough, no problem, just come on in and they'll be more than happy to help. Now THAT is service! I will never go to another AT&T store again! These guys are really just the best store in town!

We stood there for nearly 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging us or offering assistance. Bryan was also present but did not make any effort to greet us or address the situation. This treatment was completely unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. We will be contacting corporate to formally report our experience and expect this matter to be taken seriously.

It took me going into the store six times over the course of a month to switch my personal account to a business account. I was quoted a total price of $240 and then was price gouged with a $550.00 bill on business side (transfer fees) and charged Transfer fees on personal account side AND they still haven't closed my personal account. Online/phone support promised to fix issues three times but never did.

I thought I paid for insurance and when I went to claim it, they informed me I did not anyway, that's another matter. When I walked into tech daddy, Matthew was super friendly and helpful.
