It requires a 30 day notice! So you end up paying an extra monthly monitoring fee - it's like a $43.50 tip for average service at best. I would not label them as Tulsa MOST TRUSTED security company. If there is NO contract why can't you end service when you want to end service??? Needless to say- they are NOT the security choice at the new home.

The guy explained the $139.00 cost to replace it and so many other charges that I stopped listening after I assured him I'd not spend another dime on this system. I called again today, 9/11/26, to just disconnect the dang thing because it kept setting off alarms when the door opened. As good luck would have it I got Dawn, another technician. She was kind, pleasant and patient to find resolve rather than terminate service. She could see from her records, the same as the other guy, that there were several updates needed. The tech dummy that I am, she was patient and remained very pleasant as she walked me through the process. Dawn is a jewel that cared enough to save the account and I am again a happy customer that would recommend Alert 360 to anyone. Customer care is the lifeline for the success of a company. Thank you Dawn for restoring my faith in service after the sale.

I have used this company for over 15 years, the one time I have a break in, they don't call to…read morereport an instant alarm. They sent an email, AN EMAIL, normally in the past I received phone calls and texts numerous times. When I called to complain because there was an actual break in attempt, the manager was so dumb- she transferred me to "Technical Support" stating she thought it was technical issue. Not sure how she thought it was a "Technical Issue?" Even the Technical Support guy, said this is not a technical issue. The manager acted like it was no big deal, that the alarm had gone off and that there was an actual break in attempt. These are the people they hire to be a manager. Poor! This is what you pay for, get an email and no phone call. This problem was Alert 360 issue for not calling the owner (me) to begin with but sending an email. Who reads their email 24/7, that is not emergency way of getting a hold of someone when an instant alarm is sounding at their home. This alarm is getting turned off after the house is sold. Waste of money, horrible manager with her lack of customer service skills and what exactly am I paying for when they don't even call me when there is an INSTANT ALARM that went off due to someone attempting to break in. DO NOT USE THIS ALARM COMPANY- HORRIBLE!!!!! I didn't even want to give them a 1 star.

When my husband called, they did something on their end and like magic it was working again. It went out again, I was told to delete some of the saved videos, which I did. At that point I was told another tech person would call me. They call and start talking about me waving safety issues and then told I would have to climb up and move my camera. I say no, Im not climbing a ladder in 40-50 mph winds to move my camera. She says, we will send a tech out for $59.99. NOPE! At this point I was really irritated. Raising the price, not even offering to lower it when I pointed the contract out and NOW saying they would charge ME to fix THEIR equipment. I am DONE with this HORRIBLE company. DO NOT use ADT!
