They said that Titan is OVERBOOKED & had rescheduled for the 24th (2 days from now) but still overbooked so not for that day either. I've been without an alarm for 5 weeks. I guess I stay home for another 5 weeks & see if anyone shows up? Don't use this company. They are a joke.

Two more alarms, at separate times, went off again tonight and I spoke with another rude person that was in charge of the main ADT number on July 7 @ 12:10 a.m. She told me I can't get service until five days from now. I'm ready to get a full refund from this poorly run operation.
