Their technicians need to have an average of $1000 per service call to keep their job. Not only do they not have your best interest in mind but any money you spend with them will be offloaded to a private equity firm in another state.

When does that ever happen? Jay shows up on time with a smile. (When does that ever happen?) He took one look at my busted spring and said,"Yep, broken spring." He then explained that the builder had used the wrong spring for our door, which is common because they like to save money wherever they can.
