Saturday afternoon around 3 pm is, in my opinion, not an extreme out of line time for a service. The job was a simple lock out of vehicle (2017 Chevy van) as I said before it took him all of between 2 and 3 minutes to have the door open, I also respect the fact that he knew his job and performed it well. However, $200 seems a bit over priced for the service performed. Checked the average price in Tulsa for such a service and found a range of $60-$100. Feeling taken advantage of

We had a residential lockout during regular business hours. The operators answered quickly and a…read morelocksmith was at our home within 20 minutes. After he got us in, he charged us $225, which we thought was ridiculous as it was not after hours and wasn't even the deadbolt lock, but the front door handle. I called the operator and explained the situation and asked if we had been charged appropriately. Around 6 PM, the manager left me a voicemail saying she will try to reach me again the next day at noon. After not hearing from them I called around 1:00 PM and a very friendly operator answered the phone and let me know they'd issue a $75 refund bringing our total to $150. It's still pretty steep, but it was very nice of them to refund us and provide pretty good customer service. I don't think I'd use them again due to their pricing, but if you need a very fast locksmith, they definitely can provide service quickly.
