After he got us in, he charged us $225, which we thought was ridiculous as it was not after hours and wasn't even the deadbolt lock, but the front door handle. I called the operator and explained the situation and asked if we had been charged appropriately. Around 6 PM, the manager left me a voicemail saying she will try to reach me again the next day at noon. After not hearing from them I called around 1:00 PM and a very friendly operator answered the phone and let me know they'd issue a $75 refund bringing our total to $150. It's still pretty steep, but it was very nice of them to refund us and provide pretty good customer service. I don't think I'd use them again due to their pricing, but if you need a very fast locksmith, they definitely can provide service quickly.
