Last Tuesday was their 3rd trip to try and get the camera to work; and in the end said they'd fried the camera and would order another and have in a day or so. I called on Friday, left a msg with no response. Called Monday and was told one of the boys would call me. At noon Tuesday, I got a call from the alarm side of company asking if all was ok because my alarm was going off... I have no camera to see if anything was really happening at my home!! SO I Called again-Tuesday and left another message! Still no response. Today is Wednesday... I'm still waiting but now am upset, thus my review today. The alarm may very well be fine-- Maybe.. but how can I be sure it truly is secure because this camera deal is outrageous. Maybe I should have gone with Cox security instead. I am so disappointed!

When I contacted them again, I was told my contract ended in July and that they require 30 days' notice. Since I requested cancellation months earlier, I don't understand why my account wasn't canceled at the end of the agreement. I'm still trying to resolve the issue. If you're considering Vivint, I recommend getting every cancellation detail in writing and keeping records of every phone call.
