I hope no one ever has to have their sewer system repaired but Torch has been amazing .mine was 18 feet deep and backed up into my first floor bathroom at 3:30 in after noon and I had to fly out to nyc in an at 5:30 for 9 days . They came out and diagnosed quickly and came up with a plan so I could do laundry , pack , get some sleep and shower before leaving . Got a guy to use to chop down trees clogging the line and to fix the lawn and lay sod after . On return the weather was horrible cold muddy rainy snowy and yet they got it done . This was February . Yesterday it backed up , but the ground had shifted and the gas pipe had settled on to and broke the pipe backing it up into the bath on a lesser level. They came out and fixed it for free. These guys even repaired my irrigation system making sure it was fully functional before they left. My water heater decided to fail, so I needed a new one. Having used Torch in the past I contacted them early in the morning before they were open. After opening, they promptly contacted me about my plumbing problem. They stated that at some point around noon or shortly there after a technician would contact me to say that he was on his way to assess what needed to be done. Shortly after noon I was contacted and the technician basically gave me 2 options. The best solution for me at the time was to replace the water heater. I was really hoping it could be done in one day and low and behold it was. I was very pleased with the entire process and the workmanship the technician performed. Great overall experience with this entire company. In July we had our HVAC system completely go out and while on site, they showed us that our water heater was over 20 years old and not functioning properly either. They gave us recommendations based on our wants/needs/budget and exceeded our expectations in all those areas! Not 2 weeks after the HVAC/Water Heater install, we had a shower valve go bad on a Saturday afternoon and they were there to fix it within an hour. Every tech introduces themselves and has been courteous, careful of what's around them and helpful in explaining what they are doing each step of the way. They provide great recommendations and there is no pressuring if we need to reschedule. Had them back out for some plumbing work recently and for the first time there was a problem so I called the office. Got a quick call back to find out what the issue was and after that a next day schedule of a plumber to adjust the water heater the way we wanted. He was very friendly and professional and explained what was needed and a price quote. Dellon was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and did a great job. Our washing machine backed up into our laundry room, which prompted a search for a plumber. Torch was able to send a man right out to work on the problem. Ther arrive on time and I'm a senior citizen and they always extend a senior discount to me and the cost is within responsible cost for services, but all company don't extend a senior discount. I had Torch install a mini duct A/C system for my media room. Everything was fine and I put a good review on line but since then I have not been able to get them to come back to fix a problem with the thermostat. They promised numerous times but I have not heard from them in 2 months. Warranty might not be that good. read more

I have used Torch a few times, and have always had a good experience. They recently came to fix an issue where a pipe had sheared off. They came right out and were able to do a temporary repair until a repair could be done to some tile work. I have always been pleased with their work. It's why I always call them now. read more
