I'd tried to use Half Moon a few times in the past, and could never get an answer when I called, and since plumbing problems usually won't wait, I went elsewhere. Not this time. My call was answered promptly and ever so professionally. The gent on the phone (I'm terrible with names) was very polite and listened to my problem, getting all my info and setting an appointment for the next morning. Cut to next morning, by 9am, I had a call from the technician, and by 10 he was at my door. We looked over the problem, he quoted me a number that was much less than I expected, and went to work. In a little over an hour, he was done, and were were yakking it up waiting for the PVC cement to cure so we could test the job. Fired up the pool pump, and not a leak to be found. Prompt service, good pricing, professional people. That should be their business name, but I guess "Half Moon Plumbing" rolls off the tongue a lot easier. I'm sold.
