We rented the VIP trailer for a…read more48-hour period and were assured by On Call that, despite not having access to an outlet, they could fully meet our needs with a generator. The first generator they delivered arrived with a broken throttle. The replacement generator repeatedly shut off, and despite our repeated attempts to get answers, we were told--incorrectly--that the issue was simply a lack of fuel, even though the machine was full. After hours of frustration, a so-called "technician" was sent out who did not even know how to turn the generator on--I had to show him myself. When he failed to resolve the issue, the COO came out personally, was also unable to get it running, and ultimately had to purchase a brand-new generator. Only at that point did the trailer function properly--meaning that out of the 48 hours we paid for, we had operational bathrooms for perhaps four. To make matters worse, the COO promised that the CEO would call me the following week to address the situation. I didn't hear from him for over two months--and only then because we refused to make our payment. The entire ordeal was a nightmare of incompetence, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism. For a company that markets itself as a reliable, premium service provider, this was anything but.
