I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

The tree was in a sad state and we were fearful that one of the large limbs would break in high winds resulting in a tremendous amount of damage to our house. We consulted with three arborists, and they all agreed the tree should be removed, but only one of them had a crane large enough to do the job and that was Nick's tree service. This was not an inexpensive project. It was just under $11k. But I cannot speak highly enough of the speed and quality of work that Nick's tree service provided. It took them less than three hours to completely remove this tree. And after they had cut, chipped, swept, and left. You would've never known they were even here, except of course, for the huge hole in our deck where the tree used to be. The entire crew was very professional efficient and got the job done in record time. It was money well spent.

I have low swampy areas and the wide expanses are "lumpy." they blamed it on the rain/mud... but they were the ones who chose to do the job when the ground was wet and rain was in the forecast. I pointed out issues along the way and was assured that they would get fixed. even after they were done and I pointed out issues I had, they said they would come back to address them -- but of course didn't. I can't say I'd recommend them for grading or sod laying... if you need something simple, they might do a fine job.

A tree fall on my house during a storm just last night and I called Brady about 1PM. Had a quote by…read more1:30 and his crew was on the job by 4:30. They worked hard to remove the tree from my roof and remove two other smaller trees that were in dangerous positions. The guys finished about 8:30. They even cleaned up the branches that fell in the front yard from unrelated trees and reassembled the trampoline that they had to move to start their work. The only thing left to do is grind the stump. Also, it may not be noticed by others, but I appreciate that Brady had his guys the proper safety gear! Seeing the quality helmets they were wearing demonstrated the respect they have for the dangerous nature of their business and made me feel comfortable that they would work safely.
