He told me numerous times he didn't have the money to finish my job (we had already paid him 26k at this point) because he used my money to pay for other jobs. His employees said he never paid them so there was period where no one was at the job site working. His employee said Eric told him to cut corners on the job and because of this our entire house is still uneven. We'll have to pay another foundation company 30k+ just to fix all his mistakes.
