It was a little overwhelming, but Bailey the sales rep was able to keep me focused and made suggestions on what would look good after I told her about the project. We ended up with a quartz countertop, which is man made but out of natural materials. It was between that and a granite, but we opted for the more consistent look. I am thrilled with how it turned out. Definitely recommend going here if you are remodeling or building.

momma and i arrived at the store by opening time, 7:30am, and we asked an attending worker to send…read moresomeone to get us a pile of topsoil dirt from the assorted soil and earthen material available. we then paid at the front register, where the worker told us that someone would arrive with the digger car soon to scoop a pile of dirt into the bed of the truck we brought. the same worker from the front register arrived soon, about 15 minutes later, to help us get a scoop of topsoil, which though running low on that saturday morning, met our need well of filling holes dug in the yard. also, thanks to the worker from last saturday morning who received the request and scooped the dirt for us while someone relieved the front register.

Monte came out and met with me. He was very personable. I was looking at Sam The Concrete Man and OKCrete, one of their top competitors in the area. I settled on Sam The Concrete Man because Monte impressed me and did a great job with the estimate, and because the bid came in at a fair price. The crew that did the job was led by Jose. At the end of the day-long project, they realized they had made a mistake regarding the leveling of the concrete. Immediately, on their own and without me even requesting it, they volunteered to tear up the concrete and re-pour it to fix the issue. Sure enough, the next day, they were back at my house tearing up the concrete they had just poured, and then they fixed the issue within one day. It turned out beautifully. They really took care of me, and made a big fan out of me. They lost a lot of money on this job because they had to tear the concrete they had poured out and re-pour it to fix the issue, but they never complained. They took accountability on their own--something many businesses would not have done. They resolved the issue, and treated me exceptionally well through the process. The end result was beautiful and very well-done. I highly recommend Sam The Concrete Man Tulsa--they showed through this job how much integrity they have! 5/5 Stars.
