Of the 3 reps, I liked Josh the best as he frequently mentioned that his team is professional and he quaranteed that I would like it. His estimate was the lowest of the 3, by a significant margin. We choose the metal posts because if I do live long enough to replace the the fence again, the posts will be intact and replacement is very simple. We chose the cedar pickets, again for longevity, yet when up, they are actually very atractive. For privacy, on a side with an active neighbor, we chose 'board on board'. It gave us the privacy because there are no gaps and it is actually a very good look. I wish we had done both entire sides using 'board on board'. Be sure to ask about it. Our 52" gates on both sides are well supported and I will not be worrying about sagging. Josh's crew IS professional. They come to work and do it right; all the time communicating to be sure that they were producing what we were expecting. The truth is, it's better than we expected. And we're grateful for that. Though both neighbors have dogs and allowed their dogs to go on our property constantly they would never help with repairs. And had to deal with chasing the neighbors dogs off our property to keep them from using the bathroom on our lawn and to keep one dog from chasing my daughter. We have a pretty big back yard and BFF actually repaired more of the fence than I was expecting in a very professional way. The owner was super friendly too. They got everything done within hours. I am super happy with the results.
